Our apartment is a cozy and comfortable appartment located on the 4th floor (5th floor for North Americans) of an elegant 1930's building in Paris stones.
Close to Montmartre and Place Clichy, in front of a wonderful park with playground for children, our appartment is very well located in a residential and safe area. At the end of the street, at less than 200 meters, there is a typical French market with many shops (bakery, cheese dairy, butcher, french delicatessen, supermarket ...) and restaurants (french, chinese, japanese...) with bus, Métro and “Vélib” stations.
We are on the border of 17th and 18th arrondissment, and it is easy walk to Montmartre and Sacré Coeur in less than 15-20 minutes, where you have the most beautiful seesighting of Paris. You are also at 15 minutes by walk from the most important antiques shop area in Paris “Les Puces de St Ouen”. Metro station and bus stop are at 200 meters from appartment, so you can do a quick metro or bus ride to anywhere in Paris. You are at 4 metro stations from Haussman-St Lazare station (at 2 minutes walk from Opéra Garnier, Galerie Lafayette, Printemps, and all famous fashion shops) and at 6 stations from Champs Elysée (15 minutes). In the other side, you can go directly to Basilique St Denis, where there are Kings of France’s tombs or to Stade de France.
With bus, you are at less than 25 minutes from Louvre Museum, or Arc de Triomphe.
There is a large living room, separed kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. In the living room you have a sofa bed for 2 persons, and dining room up to 6 persons. The living room has a very wonderfull sight on the park. In Blue bedroom there is a queen size bed (140*200), and 2 closets.
