It has 4br, 5 ba total and is constructed of only the finest materials and appointments, such as travertine marble floors, granite counters and a gourmet professional-grade kitchen complete with icemaker. Home features the convenience of a large living area on the main level, plus one of the three master suites is on on the main level as well. There’s also a private outdoor shower adjoining the downstairs powder room, to accommodate extra guests or just to rinse off from a day at the beach. We’ve also included the use of our golf cart and bicycles (certain restrictions may apply), so no more lugging anything to the beach! Beach Club not included.
