Why the Owner Chose Park Station
Having a vacation condo in Park City has been a great addition to our family because we get to use it frequently with Park City only 20 minutes from our home. It is a fabulous summer retreat for Mountain Biking, Swimming at the beautiful tree lined pool and getting away from the hustle and heat of SLC. In the winter we enjoy having guests stay at our condo which is perfectly located near the Town Ski Lift and at the beginning of Main Street so a car is not needed to dine, ski or just walk to sites. It is fantastic. When choosing our condo we looked at a lot of choices around Park City, and hands down Park Station had the best location for convenience and usability. Hope you enjoy it as well.

I, Karen Porter, moved out to Utah in 1982 to go to college where I could ski and honestly, I skied lots and lots. Wow, had died I and gone to heaven. Coming from Montauk Point Long Island, I grew up on the water but always had a wonderlust for the mountains of the west. When I made it to Utah and experienced the best skiing of my life, I knew I had found home.
My husband Fred grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to Utah in 1997. Utah had a unique appeal to him since he could live in a city, continue his aerospace career and still ski and mountain bike ride before or after a day at the office.
I tease him that he came to Utah to find me! Fred and I met on a private ski hut trip in the Selkirk Mountain Range of Canada. From the minute I saw him I knew my life was about to change. Fred and I have been married almost ten years and we have an adorable son. I guess the rest it yet to come.

My family and I stayed at this Park City Condo over the New Year. It was everything that I expected or needed. The condo was well appointed and supplied, had plenty of room for four adults, was walking distance to town and restaurants, and right by the town lifts. Couldn't have been any better. Loved it. We will definitely return.

You can not beat the location of this very comfortable and well appointed condo. It is located just steps from Historic Main Street and the Town lift. We visited in early fall, and enjoyed the close proximity to Main Street's numerous eating and drining establishments! We could walk to everything. The condo is very comfortable and welcoming with enough space to relax with great furniture and a cozy fireplace. Karen made the rental process a breeze - even with our last minute travel plans.

We stayed in this condo during the summer and it worked out perfectly for our family. The unit is located on the first floor, no stairs or elevators and quick access. You are within walking distance to the High West Distillery and Main Street. It is also very kid friendly, would definitely stay again. Karen was super easy to work and with and very accommodating. We had a great Spring Break vacation. Karen made everything a piece of cake with regard to check in, providing any info we requested and providing prompt responses to all our inquiries and emails. We could not have been more pleased with the location either. Right at the base of Main Street, everything is easily accessible via walking or car. We definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic vacation condo! Very roomy and comfortable. Felt immediately like home away from home! Location absolutely perfect!! Step out back door and walk right into down town and all its' fantastic restaurants and shopping. Step out front andyou are one block to the Town Lift! Hardly ever used car!! Cannot wait to return!!

Great property and great location. Very clean and quiet. Kitchen has all the necessary appliances and the living room is quite comfortable. If I remember, all the TV's(one in each room) are HD. Main street with all its restaurants and shops is a short walk away. It's almost a ski-in--ski out considering a 4-5 minute walk to the lift. I've parked in ski resort parking lots and been further from the lift. All in all, a great condo.

The condos location was wonderful. Just a block south of the Town Lift for skiing at Park City. It was more convenient than we ever expected. It's also just at the south end of Main Street so it was great for the shops and stores of Park City. We were looking for something clean and convenient and it definitely fit the bill.

I timed it. Even in ski boots it took less than three minutes to walk from this corner (that would mean very quiet) condo unit to Park City's Town Lift. We enjoyed a week of great skiing from this very comfortable and well-appointed unit. The hot tub is communal with the Park Station complex and everyone was very helpful and friendly. One of our party swims laps and she enjoyed the heated swimming pool as well. We cooked in four nights and had everything that we needed. Condition was spotless upon our arrival. We would heartily recommend it especially if standing around waiting on a bus isn't your cup of tea! BTW dynamite restaurants in the area are Grappa on Main in PC and Snake Creek Grill in Heber City. This was our 9th trip to PC and we will be back.
