Beautiful Updated Condominium in a Quiet Location at the Threshold of the COVETED Historic Main Street. Being located at The Threshold of Historic Main Street and the Town SKI Lift which takes you mid-mountain of Park City Mountain Resort, we are The BEST SKI AND APRES SKI LOCATION ( ski storage available at Town Ski Lift). This is where you want to be for abundant restaurant choices and ski resort access. In Summertime, I am steps away from the Sunday Park Silly Market, Savor the Summit Outdoor Party, The Park City Arts Festival or any Event or Concert that is hosted on Historic Main Street. Take the Free Shuttle bus from my condo to Deer Valley or The Canyon Concerts or head out Mountain Biking straight from our patio and then splash in our saline filtered pool and hot tub. Pool open in Summer.
Due to Covid-19, the condo bedding has been switched from bedspreads to Duvet Covers which are switched out and laundered between guest stays. All bed decorative pillows have been put in storage. The beds look a bare but a better platform for the current times. Housekeeping is performing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting following CDC guidelines. Guest safety is our primary concern.
I am a Local Owner and Manager and am thrilled to be at your service. Our Condo is Newly Insulated, Painted and Furnished, New double pane Windows and New Patio Slider Doors, High-end Remodeled Bathrooms with Tiled Travertine Showers, Granite Counter Tops in both the Kitchen and Bathrooms, High-end Vessel Sinks, Well Stocked Kitchen including Quality Stainless Steel Cook Ware (new high quality pots and pans) Abundantly Stocked Kitchen necessities; Sharp Henckel knives for those who like to cook and a crock pot as per guest request. Provided in the condo are Extra Comforters and New Bedding.. Enjoy 3 Flat Screen Hi Def TV's and DVD's for each Bedroom and Living Room. Our condo Extremely Clean, Beautifully Furnished with Ski Motif Decor. Relax on our High End, luxurious and comfy leather couches by the fireplace. Laundry is in our building with elevator access and I provide laundry baskets and detergent. Enjoy the Walk Out Patio with Large Wrought Iron Patio Table and Chairs. Our patio/condo is literally a 2 minute walk from Park City's Mountain Resort TOWN SKI LIFT...WE OFFER A FANTASTIC CONDO IN A PRIME LOCATION. Grocery orders can be provided in condo prior to your arrival. You will Love it!!

Amenities include SALINE FILTERED (no chlorine) Heated Pool and indoor and outdoor Hot Tub- saline filtered as well, and Sauna. Some Amenities open seasonally. Check with Karen for dates. No Need for a Car when Staying at our Retreat. Free Shuttle Bus Service to Deer Valley, The Canyons or Greater Park City, by the entrance of condo complex. WIFI: the HotSite FREE wireless campus has been installed throughout to provide the best user experience in the region! Greater bandwidth, higher user access speeds, 24/7/365 system tech support, and free user support until 12 midnight! If internet access matters to you there is simply no better place to stay. This Wi-Fi system is thoroughly tested to be faster, more reliable, more secure and much better supported via free tech support than any other system in our area.

Accommodations: Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Remodeled Bathrooms. (Sleeps 4-5). Second bedroom has a Queen and Twin Bed. Laundry is in our building with elevator access and I provide laundry baskets and detergent. Rates posted are for a 4 person group. An additional charge for groups over 4 persons and a maximum of 5 persons. I do not host parties or party groups.

This is our third time staying here, for 2+ weeks each time, so obviously we love the place! #1. It is ultra convenient. It is half a block from a bus stop on Park Street, with frequent service to both Park City and Deer Valley. It is a 5 minute walk (if that) to Town Lift and to Main Street. The first-floor location, right next to the Park street entrance, is probably the best in the building. #2. It is comfortable. The rooms are tastefully decorated, there is plenty of storage and seating for 4 people. The kitchen is well laid out, with plenty of room to cook in and a reasonable selection of pots, pans, gadgets etc. It's pretty quiet, too, despite being on Park Street. #3. The owner is very responsive, helpful, and plain old nice. Her housekeeper is a joy, too.

Great place to stay when you're in Park City
The condo is nice and clean. Walking distance to most restaurants and points of interest. Walking distance to one of the lifts, and only a very short drive to the other ski area as well. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay here.

I, Karen Porter, moved out to Utah in 1982 to go to college where I could ski and honestly, I skied lots and lots. Wow, thought I had died I and gone to heaven. Coming from Montauk Point Long Island, I grew up on the water but always had a wonderlust for the mountains of the west. When I made it to Utah and experienced the best skiing of my life, I knew I had found home.

My husband Fred grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to Utah in 1997. Utah had a unique appeal to him since he could live in a city, continue his aerospace career and still ski and mountain bike ride before or after a day at the office.

I tease him that he came to Utah to find me! Fred and I met on a private ski hut trip in the Selkirk Mountain Range of Canada. From the minute I saw him I knew my life was about to change. Fred and I have been married almost ten years and we have an adorable son. I guess the rest it yet to come.

Why they chose this property

Having a vacation condo in Park City has been a great addition to our family because we get to use it frequently with Park City only 20 minutes from our home. It is a fabulous summer retreat for Mountain Biking, Swimming at the beautiful tree lined pool and getting away from the hustle and heat of SLC. In the winter we enjoy having guests stay at our condo which is perfectly located near the Town Ski Lift and at the beginning of Main Street so a car is not needed to dine, ski or just walk to sites. It is fantastic. When choosing our condo we looked at a lot of choices around Park City, and hands down Park Station had the best location for convenience and usability. Hope you enjoy it as well.

Next to the Town Ski Lift to Park City Mountain Resort and on Historic Main Street. No Need for a Car when staying in My Condo although I do have parking and provide a complimentary parking pass.
