  I timed it. Even in ski boots it took less than three minutes to walk from this corner (that would mean very quiet) condo unit to Park City's Town Lift. We enjoyed a week of great skiing from this very comfortable and well-appointed unit. The hot tub is communal with the Park Station complex and everyone was very helpful and friendly. One of our party swims laps and she enjoyed the heated swimming pool as well. We cooked in four nights and had everything that we needed. Condition was spotless upon our arrival. We would heartily recommend it especially if standing around waiting on a bus isn't your cup of tea! BTW dynamite restaurants in the area are Grappa on Main in PC and Snake Creek Grill in Heber City. This was our 9th trip to PC and we will be back.

  The condo was just as we expected, close and easy walking into town, on route for the local bus line. Comfy inside. Karen, the owner, called and emailed to see if everything was ok. We have nothing but positive thoughts of is place. Provided a cleaning service and a grocery service. Also informed is of discounts for airport to condo. We will definitely stay there again. Te room was on the first floor. A big plus carrying in snowboards and skis

  The two bedroom condo at Park Town had so much going for it, and in my 12 years attending the Sundance Film Festival, was the best place I ever stayed for several reasons. It was spacious and clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It was modern with great bathroom fixtures. My husband likes to cook and ski...the kitchen was great, the location convenient to the slopes, and of course to Main Street! We had parking, it was quiet at night despite all the goings on in Park City. The heated pool and hot tub were a real plus, too. I'd recommend this great condo to anyone.

  LOCATION-LOCATION...In the heart of old town/historic Main Street area. From the moment you begin dealing with the owner of this gem of a condo on Park Avenue, you know it's all going to be a GREAT experience. LOCATION-LOCATION!! Only a very short walk to the "Town Lift"on Main Street (and I mean very short; seriously) and you're up the mountain and skiing in no time at all. All you need to do is buy your lift ticket at the "Park Station" front desk before walking to the Town Lift and you're set! Very clean and well-appointed. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and cozy with HD TV's, nice sheets, towels and blankets, drawer space and closets. Even robes! The 2 bathrooms are nice with really pretty new sinks and faucets. The LR fireplace was such a nice bonus. This unit is on the first floor and is a corner unit so it's quiet. Looking outside the LR sliders you can see all the snow so it's very pretty! Full kitchen with great selection of dishes and cookware, etc. Stove, micro and DW, too. Great sized dining table for a some home-cooked meals. (Fresh Market and Ralph's are only a short FREE bus ride away). Although it's hard not to take advantage of all the great restaurants steps away on Main Street. The fact that the owner communicates so well completely eases your mind about blindly picking a place, (and handing over your credit card info.) for your family or friends' vacation. Karen's "Park Station Condo" offers everything you need for the perfect ski trip to "Park City Mountain Resort" or even "Deer Valley" which is a few minute (free) bus ride away. The bus stop is literally right out the front door of the "Park Station" entrance. You can go everywhere you'll need for free. NO CAR NECESSARY.

  The condo was AWESOME!! My husband and I, along with our 2 college-age kids had an absolutely wonderful time in Park City. We loved the close proximity to both the Town Lift and charming Main Street. Even within the condo complex itself, this condo is the very best one, as it is located on the ground level, and on the end of the building nearest the Town Lift and Main Street. The skiing was fabulous, and the shops and restaurants on Main Strret were wonderful. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The owner was fantastic to work with. We will definitely be back - hopefully soon! Overall, a perfect experience!

  We looooooove staying at Karen's condo in Park City. We consider it our home away from home. It is beautifully kept, the location is perfect ( the bus to the mountains just outside the door, the town lift down the street, Old Town P.C. just a 3 minute walk away!!!) and it is a wonderful place to return to after a busy day of skiing. Whether you have younger or older kids or are "old " kids yourselves, this is a very comfortable place to stay. Karen is great to work with and quick to be certain that everything is just right. We have stayed at other places in Park City but, once staying here, we have returned to this condo ever since. Thank you, Karen, for our great holiday escape!!!!

  My wife and I stayed at this unit in Park City for our 18th anniversary and had a great time. Karen was incredible to work with and made it very easy. The place is very clean with great amenities.   3 men visited early March 2012 and had a very enjoyable stay. We were close to the chair lifts and many restaurants. The apartment was clean,modern and was close to the heated swimmong pool We would recommend this rental

  Thank you Karen! We had such a wonderful weekend and your condo was such a treat to stay in. The location was GREAT. The pool and hot tub were so nice to come to after a long day playing in park city. My husband loved the fact that while the kiddies were napping he could just hop on the town lift and do a quick mt. bike run. We would love to come back again. The condo had everything we needed and truly felt like a home away from home!
