Extremely private two bedroom, two bath on beautiful little torch key (ocean side) on private , wooded canal front lot . Will accommodate large boat, with 60 amp power and cable at the dock !. House was completely renovated . High end renovation included all stainless steel high end appliances, travetine floors in kitchen and baths and new carpet in bedrooms and living room. Granite countertops in kitchens and two full bathrooms. Everything brand new, electrical, plumbing etc. House has huge cut in boat basin which can accommodate several smaller vessels or use as a private salt water swimming area. Large wood deck. Complete private relaxation. Quality , comfortable pillow top mattresses , luxury linens etc... very comfortble !Several fantastic restaurants are within minutes of this home .
just down the canal you will find dolphin marina , with a full service fueling station as well as boat rentals , tackle and bait and boat ramp !
Within minutes of Bahia Honda State Park and Beach , consistently voted one of the worlds most beautiful beachs .

We spent Christmas here are had a wondeful time. As represented, it's very private and extremely well-located to local stores, eateries, and for boating. It definitely satisfies the three Cs: Comfortabel. Clean. & Convenient.

This is a top notch property. We have enjoyed our month-long stays in February for the past two years. Excellent amenities, including WIFI. Very comfortable We really enjoy having cocktails on the deck overlooking the canal and we cookout on the gas grill provided. We bring our Boston Whaler and launch it at the boat launch at Dolphin Marina, (which is very close by just down the canal) and dock it next to the deck behind the house. Very conveniet. Excellent boating to Looe Key, Bahia Honda Beach, Picnic Island and several closeby restaurants. Of course, Marathon and Key West are just a short drive away! We are repeat customers of Tim and we very much appreciate this property. We are renting the property for two months in 2012. You can't go wrong renting this property! I highly recommend it.

I stayed at this property in April of 2010 with my girlfriend and another couple and I have to say we were all very impressed and completely satisfied. The interior of the house is very high quality and the location is beautiful. Everything went well with the owner. The owner is reputable and has no history of issues with previous renters or law enforcement, I did my research (online) before renting the house. The location is very convenient, its only a short drive to either bahia honda state park (which is gorgeous) and marathon (which has an excellent selection of local seafood restaurants and markets). If I travel to the area again I will definitely look to rent this property.
