Private 3 bdrm, 2 bath, home in exclusive Cudjoe Gardens @ MM20 on Cudjoe Key. This is a very comfortable home in a nice neighbourhood. If you are looking to rent a beautiful home in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods, (Cudjoe Gardens) you won't be disappointed. Great area to ride bikes and go for walks. Property backs onto deep water canal with easy access to Back Country and Atlantic Ocean for excellent fishing. Canal is clean and suitable for swimming with ladder. We just installed a Pool and renovated our Kitchen. Minimum 28 day rental required.
Large screened in lanai, with love seat, 2 chairs and dining set. Fully outfitted kitchen with fridge, stove, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and more. Laundry Facilities. New fridge in the garage for beer and bait Large flat screen TV with full cable, unlimited highspeed internet and wifi.
Large Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom with new queen bed . 3rd bedroom, queen, is private off the lanai.
There are 4 bikes and a canoe for your use.
20 min to Key West, located @ MM20 . Property is in an excellent location. This is a beautiful vacation property. The whole house has been renovated and is like brand new. The deep water canal is clean and you can swim in it. If you are into fishing you can dock your boat (max size allowed is 24 ft) and have easy access to the best fishing in the keys. Cudjoe Marina is down the street and easily accessible by boat for bait and fuel. There is a large supermarket on Big Pine Key, 10 minutes away.
Close to looe key dive shop. Fresh fish market around the corner and Mangrove Mamas is within walking distance.
Flying into Key West and renting a car is a breeze. Downtown Key West is only a 20 minute drive.

Great house and location

Great house and location. Access to open water was easy. Pool, grounds, and house were all top notch. I would love to stay here again.

This house was PERFECT vacation home! Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Owners were always quick to respond with any questions we had! Can’t wait to come back!

Cudjoe gardens awesome!

We had a wonderful time at this property, the home was as described, very well stocked, on a canal- wide and clean! Awesome swimming pool and pool area, screened in area for coffee mornings! Nice landscaping around the home.Neighborhood is very nice, walked, rode bikes, canoeing, and kayaking a lot with the neighbor hood kayak group!Nice grill and bar five minute walk from the house - bent prop grill, great drinks, food, staff, and atmosphere!!Close to many places we love- Tonios, Mangrove Mamas, Boondocks…to name a few!Met some great folks in the neighborhood -Ted/Judith, Allan/Angie, Bryan/LindaWould absolutely stay again! Thank you to the home owners for sharing this home!

Beautifully landscaped. Screened porch and pool were especially nice. Problems with heat in pool and washer and drier, but manager was responsive and were all fixed in 2 weeks. Mattress in bedroom of .of porch was worn out and saggy

Great house in the best neighborhood!

We've come to the Lower Keys every February for four years, each time to a different house on a different Key. This was the best one so far! We love Cudjoe Gardens, a friendly, quiet community, and were so glad to find this house available. The porch is the best, the pool even better and the smart tv is huge...a major plus for my husband! The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked, which was a real step up from the other places we've stayed. The landscaping is lovely and well cared for, also an improvement from past experiences. Our only regret? It's not available for February 2024! Sure wish it was.

Awesome house with pool.

Great house, fully equipped. 3rd bedroom not connected to house, but thru porch with no access to bathroom (kinda strange), but wasn’t a problem. Boat dock tight, boat lift in middle of dock (as opposed to one side). Had to clean prior to unloading, obviously the cleaning lady wasn’t feeling like working the day off when she went to clean. Overall great house !!

This is a beautiful and well decorated home in a residential area.

The home had everything you would need for a long stay. We had some difficulty contacting owner initially re leaking water and pool temperature Owner was very responsive after contact and all resolved in one day. Would rent again if available.

Property very sturdy and withstood the tropical storm nicely. Pool and dock add to the equation. Place has lots of things in case you need them and well stocked.

Wonderful Canal Home

We really enjoyed this home, it was clean and comfortable. The beds are soft and one of the better beds we’ve slept in at an Airbnb. The pool was very enjoyable and we spent a lot of time on the screen in back porch. It’s centrally located and only a short drive to the beach or downtown key west. We parked out boat in the canal and it was easy to get to the marina and to nearby fishing spots.

We almost didn't need to bring a thing!

We had such a great stay, even in the midst of all the COVID craziness. We swam, boated, and sunned everyday - completely socially distanced. There is no need to bring anything by yourself and your clothes. The host has thought of everything! This was our first home-stay type experience and it has sold us on doing this permanently.

Cudjoe Key is a beautiful place to spend a month in January

The property was very nice and the managers were very accommodating. All of the neighbors were very friendly. Canal was accessible to open water.

Everything you need in paradise

Home has everything you need, very well stocked. The backroom and Master have a great view. Didn't care for the neighbors asking us when we were leaving upon arrival and then again a day prior to our exit date, requested us to turn the back porch lights off because it's shines into the bedroom (should of been addressed prior). The home does have an outdoor shower we never got it to work. 4 bikes of which only two were usable since the other 2 had flats (not sure if there was a pump), but the canoe, fishing rods, buggy boards, snorkel gear, paddles, board games were a plus to avoid carrying things to entertain. Master room was the only room with a TV and we couldn't get cable in master to work. ( Didn't call landlord because we enjoyed the outdoors but just saying in case you care for the TV in the room) Overall I loved the property and all it had to offer. Beautiful landscaping. They are going to remodel and put a pool in which will add to this already beautiful home.

Paradise on Cudjoe Key

I thought the house was beautiful and clean, but enjoyed the back porch the most. It was pleasant eating outdoors with a lovely view and the furniture was very comfortable. A lot of relaxing was done there as the weather was very warm in February. And yes, you can swim in the canal. The location was convenient to go to Bahia Honda State Park or Key West, with great fish markets and restaurants nearby. I was sorry to leave but had to go home.

Great house in a great neighborhood

This ground level house is great for seniors who have difficulty with stairs. It has been been completely renovated and decorated. Loved the big screen TV and fast Internet. Great walk in shower in the master suite. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Home was just as discribed. Fun things to do. Owner very friendly and accomidating.

Cudjoe gardens dream home. Neighbors are great, Marina 3 blocks away, bikes available, canoe available. Long seawall, fish clean station, comfortable Lani, cold AC, large beds, update kitchen with all supplies, BB gas grill. Super owners. Fit our six with ease.

Just right for us

This is a very nice house in a very nice neighborhood. Newly remodeled and thoughtfully designed, the property is welcoming and comfortable. We love spending time on the spatious lanai. The canal front/dock space is exceptional, including steps down to the water. There is ample and interesting kayaking in the area, and we easily access great fishing / boating on the Atlantic and Gulf. The property is well maintained and clean; the owners great to communicate with. We have rebooked for next year.

This house is located in the heart of Cudjoe Gardens. Its close to Key West but far enough away for a private vacation. If your into Fishing, snorkeling, diving etc this is the ideal location. 1/2 hr boat ride to looe key, 40 minute to deep water by the lighthouse, 20 minutes to johnson key in the back country. 20min drive to big pine key.
