  We had a wonderful time at Newph's Landing. Cameron went above and beyond helping us in everything we asked. My daughter works in the Erie area about 1 week out of every month. She feel in love with the area and decided that she would like to get married at the Virant Family Winery.(They are marvelous people and friends for life too). She then got busy finding all the families houses to rent. She found us Newph's Landing and it was wonderful for our needs and the back party barn was great. The weather of course turned bad but with Cameron's help it turned out great. He helped us with finding Tables and chairs to rent, fire wood for the fire pit, beer keg rental and hamburgers and hot dogs to feed our hungry guests. He also helped with getting the tent setup and for helping get the tables and chairs back to the rental. He offered his help in everything and we did use his help. Loved having Cameron on site. This way we didn't have to track him down or wait for someone to show up to help. He was a very good host. We only wish we would have had more time to enjoy the area. We will be back. Thanks agin Cameron!!!!!!

  We stayed at Newph's for a weekend this summer. We are a group of women who work together, and also like to party together! This place has everything you need! The house is clean, and fully equipped, There were 14 of us, and it never felt crowded. The beach was great, the sunsets beautiful, the yard is huge, with a fire pit and grill. The location is close to the strip and all it's activities. We can be pretty loud, and because of the set up there we didn't have to worry about bothering anyone. The great room is comfortable, pretty and provides awesome views of the lake! Cameron and Tim were more than willing to help us with anything we needed! This is a great property and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a house to rent in the Geneva on the Lake area!

  Comfortable home for our large group. Nice large back yard for the kids to play. Close to parks/beaches, The Strip, and other activities for both kids and adults. Enjoyed our stay.

  We had a great time at Newphs Landing. My husband and I and 3 of our 5 children and 5 of our 7 grandchildren stay for a week at the Landing. It was the cleanest and best decorated cottage I've ever stayed in. It was amazing to see the lake across the street every time I looked out the Sun Room windows. Cameron and Tim were always around if we need something or just to chat. Hopefully I'll get our other 2 kids and their families to come with us some time. We really hated to leave. Thanks for your hospitality Cameron and Tim.

  Rented this house for a friends 50th B-Day. Everything was clean and contained all of the essentials needed for a worry free vacation. The house is up front by the lake but we also rented the barn (which is located in the woods) at the back of the property. Cameron the owner lives in a trailer in the back and was there to take care of all of our needs. Although Newph was there when we needed him, he also gave us our privacy. We had such a great time hanging out with Cameron and his friends that we chose to party with them in the woods instead of making our own fire at the front house. As I always say...the more the merrier! I would highly recommend this place.

  Owner response: What a great group of people! Kathy and her guests were a delight to have visit Newph's Landing. These people were prepared for FUN. They were extremely well organized for their party at Newph's Back Barn. They brought plenty of food, beverages, tables, chairs, firewood, paper products and an excellent attitude. The day after their B-Day Party, you could not even tell there were 50 + people in attendance. What was even more delightful was how nice everyone was and they treated me and Marshall as one of their guests. I really enjoyed meeting everyone and had a great time serving their requests, which were minimal. Thank you again Kathy for a wonderful weekend. You and your guests are welcome anytime.   Newph's Landing on the Lake is an amazing property with breathtaking views. The house is absolutely beautiful and the owner is awesome to work with. The size of the house is great and is perfect for a family or group getaway. Newph's Landing is so close to everything its the ideal spot to stay in while vacationing in Geneva on the Lake. Close to wineries, the Geneva Strip, and of course Lake Erie water activities. Not only is the property outstanding but the owner provided us with great recommendations for local dining and places to visit. If you are looking to vacation in Geneva on the Lake this is where you want to stay. I can't wait to come back again next year

  The location was very clean & accurately described in the profile. The rooms were very spacious & comfortable, especially the great room. The back yard was large & the grill made our stay especially fun. Also, the lake view & the sunsets were spectacular. Cameron was very friendly & easy to work with. I would highly recommend this location to anyone interested.

  We had a wonderful time at Newph's landing. Great location for beautiful sunsets, lots of sun in front and backyard...Loved sitting on the front porch, and not far from the strip for us party goers! The house is terrific with all the amenities .. Our group of 10 had a blast and we look forward to a future return. Thanx Cameron ! Grace Sullivan

  Newph's Landing was our groups choice for a place to stay to celebrate our friend's wedding this summer. The house is beautifully located right on Lake Erie. We enjoyed watching the sun set over the water each night and barbecues on the back porch. The great room was spacious and perfect for all of us to gather and play games or watch one of the many movies in the house collection. The homes owner and caretaker were so welcoming and posted out many local attractions we should check out if time permitted. It was a great stay for all of us and we hope to make it back to Newph's again soon.
