Conveniently located within walking distance to Orleans shops and restaurants and two family-friendly Cape Cod Bay beaches. Nauset (ocean) Beach is three miles away. Direct access to Cape Cod Rail Trail for 22 miles of paved, restricted access bike tripping.
Quiet and secluded, this beautiful old Cape farmhouse has been recently renovated and includes a modern kitchen with attached breakfast nook and full bathrooms upstairs (shower/tub) and down (shower). The yard is shaded by large Maples, and is protected by lightly-traveled side roads.
Eat indoors or out, with a large round table and grill in the yard. A short walk down West Road takes you to Skaket Beach on Cape Cod Bay. A favorite beach for small children.
Four upstairs bedrooms have a variety of sleeping accommodations: queen, full, 3/4 full, and two twins that can be made up as a king. Comfortable pull-out couch in parlor (TV room - full cable). Our "Great Room", with its gas fire stove, doubles as a dining room for eight. Small office is available with wireless Internet during summer season.
