Recently redecorated in cottage decor, the inside is comfy and cozy. Eat your meals overlooking the lake after leisurely cooking in your full kitchen or on the grill. Enjoy a quiet time in the cottage stocked with books, games, and magazines, or watch a movie on the DVD/VCR. Relax outside on your private patio or at the lakeside bench.
Lake Wisconsin Cottage is the perfect place for small families or 1-2 couples. You will feel like you have your own lakefront cottage, while in an area with abundant wildlife as well as nearby cultural activities. All seasons are beautiful at Lake Wisconsin Cottage!
SUMMER: Our peak season. Enjoy shallow, sandy-bottom swimming off your private pier, play games in the shady yard, or bring/rent a boat to waterski and explore the lake. Canoe, kayak, or fish to your heart's content right outside your door. Or just enjoy a stunning sunset over the Baraboo Bluffs and light a fire in your private firepit at lakeside.
FALL/SPRING: Migrating birds and wildflowers galore, Fall colors, apple orchards, and pumpkin patches are some of the nearby attractions. Hiking and biking are the best. Area attractions are not crowded. The views are stunning at all times of year!
Bed & kitchen linens provided. Please bring your own bath and swim towels.
