This beautiful townhouse is situated in the upscale resort of Windsor Hills, which is an extraordinary gated vacation community set in a quiet area of Kissimmee. It is considered one of the top 5-star Orlando Resort locations. It is the perfect vacation spot for your family's Disney vacation. We have accommodated guests that have attended conferences and marathons at Disney in our town home also. Being less than 5 minutes from Disney theme parks, it is one of the closest resorts to Disney. Many restaurants and shops are even closer.
Our management company offers discount attraction tickets. There is a $65.00 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 nights. The townhouse has just been newly decorated and carpeted. It boasts upscale furnishings and decorations. When you enter the townhouse, you can appreciate the tender loving care and pride that went into providing the best for our guests. We have added a patio safety bar and an alarm on the patio door exiting to the pool area for children's safety.

- This townhouse has an enclosed patio area with a splash pool/jacuzzi. A fence is behind pool to provide privacy.It also has shades for added privacy, even though there are no other townhouses or condos behind it. The pool is a wonderful amenity that townhouses in other resorts do not provide. We also have a 42-inch flat-screen TV in living area. Each bedroom has a TV with a DVD player. The twin bedroom has a PS2. The upstairs bedrooms have walk-in closets and private bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a large closet and its own bathroom. Cancellation: The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to 7 days before the Rental Period. A Warm and Wonderful Vacation Home! Date Submitted: April 22, 2009 Date of Stay: February 2009 We really enjoyed our time at your beautifully decorated townhome. From the moment our family walked in the door, we felt so welcomed and at home! Everything we needed was at hand. The decor was much more beautiful than the pictures could ever show! It was so nice to be so close to the Clubhouse, only a short 3 minute walk. Also, we enjoyed walking to and spending some time at the beautiful park, which is only seconds away. It was also very nice having the south facing lanai and pool with the privacy behind it. We sat there every morning and evening and it definitely was very relaxing after visiting the parks in the day. Thanks so much for your hospitality and sharing your home with us. It was an extremely close drive to Disney and only another 10 minutes or so to Universal. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with kids as the amenities are abundant!

As soon as I walked in the door it felt so serene and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated & well layed-out. Everything we needed was there for us; just like at home. The screened-in pool area was wonderful to get the sun, but not the bugs! The quick commute to Disney attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, and more was definitely a PLUS! I would recommend your townhouse to anyone going to Disney! Wonderful Place Review Submitted: November 12, 2008 Date of Stay: October 2008 We had a wonderful time at your place! It was just perfect for us, our daughter, her husband and their two children. The warm pool on the porch really added to the experience. The furnishings were so pretty and the grand- kids LOVED their room.....especially the big stuffed animals. It was even better than described. The only "drawback" was that we had planned too many activities (nearby Disney, etc.) and didn't leave enough time to spend in your beautiful home and clubhouse. Next time we'll know to leave more time for the condo and its many free attractions. Good Condo for your Florida Vacation Review Submitted: October 7, 2008 Date of Stay: September 2008 I was definitely impressed by the rental property. Pictures from the internet were not deceiving. The place was clean, the amenities were good and the location was close to the area attractions. The layout of the house was nice. Some of the items missing from the amenities were the coffee grinder and a hair dryer in the master bathroom. As far as transportation goes, we rented a vehicle and that seemed to be our best option. The costs related to transportation from the condo to the parks, restaurants, etc. were high. The area had many restaurants but mostly chains. As far as house supplies, you will definitely need to purchase garbage bags, paper towels and/or napkins, toilet tissue and dish detergent. My recommendations for the property owners would be better quality pillows and more towel racks in the bathroom. Overall, I was pleased with the condo and I would recommend it to family and friends. Recommended for: Families with Teenagers, Age 55+, Great for Families with Young Children
