K'Gari (our Tahoe "paradise"), is located in the gated 'Old Tahoe' lake front community of Elk Point Country Club. This home is only 2 miles from the casinos and skiing, and is very close to the Roundhill shopping center, bike path and hiking trails. This lake front home is approximately 3,000 square feet,and has a beautiful terraced patio area with exceptional lake views from every room.
This is a truly unique house with the lakeside wall comprised almost completely of windows. The outside landscaping is full of terraced flowerbeds and patios made with granite walls. There is a private breakwater perfect for swimming and lounging in the sun.
This house is also available for small weddings and family reunions.
