Villas Sacbe #5 is a comfortable one bedroom, one bathroom condo perfect for a single person or a couple. It is centrally located in Playa del Carmen with a one minute walk to the beach and one block from 5th Avenue shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Grocery stores and other amenities are close by for your vacation needs.
The condo is located on the garden level of this small 12 unit building - one level up from the street. The small patio, outside the large double glass doors off the living room, is situated across from a charming pond surrounded by lush tropical plants in the courtyard. The Jacuzzi and pool are just steps away from the front door of the condo.
The living room has very comfortable furniture to make your vacation enjoyable for relaxing in after your day on the beach, shopping or site seeing in the Mayan Riviera. The television comes with digital cable and DVD player. The spacious bedroom has a queen size bed, large dresser and plenty of closet space. There is a safety deposit box located in the closet for your valuables.
The kitchen is well equipped for your holiday needs with a two burner stove, refrigerator and microwave oven as well as small appliances (toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker and blender).
There are marble floors throughout the unit and the bathroom has a large marble shower stall.
Maid service is provided every other day on weekly or longer rentals. Villas Sacbe is a gated building with a security guard on duty from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. daily.
Playa del Carmen is a one-hour bus ride from the Cancun airport. The bus to Playa del Carmen costs approximately $8 USD (one way per person) or by taxi costs around $60 USD. Transportation can be arranged on request.

I want to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had a wonderful time and the staff was fabulous. We spent a great deal of time meeting new people and getting to know the locals.
