Villas Sacbe #5 is a comfortable one bedroom, one bathroom unit perfect for one or two people. It is situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen with a one minute walk to the beach and one block from 5th Avenue shopping and restaurants. Grocery stores and other amenities are close by for your vacation needs. Playa del Carmen is a 1-hour bus ride from the Cancun airport for approximately $8 USD or by taxi for approximately $60 USD. Transportation can be arranged if requested.
The condo is located on the garden level of this small 12 unit building - one level up from the street. The small patio, outside the large double glass doors off the living room, is situated across from a charming pond surrounded by lush tropical plants in the courtyard. The Jacuzzi and pool are just steps away from the front door of the condo.
The living room and bedroom have windows overlooking First Avenue with greenery in the window boxes. The television comes with cable and DVD player. The spacious bedroom has a queen size bed, large dresser and plenty of closet space. A safety deposit box is located in the closet for your valuables.
The kitchen is well equipped for your holiday needs with a two burner stove, small refrigerator and microwave oven as well as small appliances (toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker and blender).
There are marble floors throughout the unit and the bathroom has a large marble shower stall.
Maid service is provided every other day. Villas Sacbe is a gated building with a security guard on duty from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. daily.
