This large house comfortably sleeps 13 plus two babies. Sleeping arrangements include:
• Master 1 – King bed with private bath (jetted tub and separate shower).
• Master 2 – King bed and crib with private bath (large shower).
• Master 3 – King bed with pack-and-play and bath (large shower).
• Bed 4 – One queen and one twin with separate vanity area, and shared jack-and-jill bathroom.
• Bed 5 – Two sets of bunk beds (four twins) with separate vanity area, and shared jack-and-jill bathroom.
This non-smoking home is located in the private Ocean Marsh area of Harbor Island – inside the Harbor Island gate and a short golf cart ride to the beach or pool. Weekly rental fee includes use of 2 golf carts, two car passes and departure cleaning. Additional car passes are available for $40 each. Please, no pets.

We love Harbor Island because it is low-key and very back-to-nature.
It is great for quality time with friends and family.
We also love nearby Beaufort for dining, shopping, waterfront park, etc.

Just returned from spending a week at this fabulous property...like some of the other reviewers, we too have a large family (3 sisters, a couple of husbands and a gaggle of kids!) We have rented both on Harbor and other VRBO properties and this one was vote the favorite! To have a place for the teens to hang and the smaller kids to play was awesome! We did a big Thanksgiving meal and didn't need anything extra (except a few tupperware to save everything!) The kitchen could hold all the cooks and there were enough pans, knives, mashers and peelers! We all loved the hot tub and the golf carts. It was awesome to have our own bathrooms too! The beach on Harbor has a very high tide but during low tide, the beach goes on forever!!! Thanks for letting us use your beautiful home!!!

We enjoyed our family reunion here. The house was big enough to accomodate our family of 11, and our 3 year old granddaughter loved the toys! We had a clogged kitchen sink and the owners had someone there that day to fix it. We couldn't have asked for better attention and care from the owners. This is a quiet place, good for low key, refreshing vacations!

This home was perfect for my family consisting of 7 adults and 6 children (6 and under). It is private, spacious, clean and most accommodating--even for the toddler and infant with a crib and pac 'n play provided. We hardly could get the kids to the beach they had so much fun with all the toys in the spacious upstairs game room, which also had a large flat-screen TV with a nice choice of movies for all ages. The four young boys loved sleeping in the bunk room. The large screened-in porch is a nice bonus. The two golf carts made it easy to enjoy all the amenities Harbor Island has to offer--great pool and fitness room along with the beautiful kid-perfect beach. The owners even provided a wonderful tent to set up for all-day comfort at the beach. Everyone had a great time--even got to see newly hatched baby loggerhead turtles crawl to the ocean! We took advantage of proximity to Hunting Island and Beaufort. I highly recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful time on our recent family vacation! Our family is spread out across the country and we met for a vacation- we have 4 adult children, plus spouses and grandchildren, and everyone was pleased with the amenities of your vacation home. With each of the rooms having it's own bathroom- it was as if each family had their own personal space, which was great with so many people staying for a week!! The Harbor Island community is a lovely, quiet and secure community- we enjoyed the use of the golf carts for travelling to the pool and beach. Beaufort was only a short 20 min drive away, we enjoyed shopping, flyfishing and we even rented paddleboards from the local sporting goods outfitter! Thank you for your hospitality and lovely vacation home!

What a fabulous home for three families visiting for Thanksgiving. Beautiful home with great floor plan and three master suites plus extra bedrooms. Kitchen area was perfect for multiple cooks and the porch with hot tub was a big hit. We would rent again anytime and highly recommend this property to others. The house was very well-equipped and maintained.

We had a wonderful stay in this clean, well-equipped and stylishly decorated house! Our family totaled 15 people of all ages -- from 16 months to 75 years -- and we all had a great time. The house is very sound-proof between bedrooms and between floors -- and the screened porch and hot tub got used a lot when we weren't on the beach. Harbor Island's small, gentle waves were perfect for the youngest children -- and the beach was nice and sandy (no rocks). The golf carts were a fun way to shuttle sun-worshipers to the beach, and parking was never a problem. Go to the farthest access #7 if you want the shortest walk to the beach! Michelle was so helpful in answering all our questions, and our stay was very comfortable. The huge game room upstairs is awesome for the kids who want to watch TV or play board games when the parents want some grown-up conversation downstairs. I would definitely recommend this house to all future beach-goers!

My family and I have been vacationing at Harbor and Fripp Island for the last few years and I can truly say that this home was the nicest of all the homes that we've stayed in. What a great house! Three master suites, all wonderful. The house has so much space to spread out in but wonderful areas to gather together in as well. We enjoyed everything about the house, including the 2 golf carts for going to the beach and pool.

We just returned from Harbor Island yesterday and we had a great time. Our group included 13 people of all ages and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group. Overall, this was the nicest house we have stayed at in the past 4 years of vacationing as a group. Michelle was so gracious to work with us at the last minute due to the oil spill arriving at the spot we were originally planning to vacation. After arriving at the house, we were definitely not disappointed that we had to make a last minute change. My kids had fun riding around the island on the golf carts. The beaches were not crowded at all - just perfect. We made a trip to Hunting Island to see some bigger waves and were not disappointed there either. We also enjoyed Barefoot Bubba's, Johnson Creek restaurant, and a carriage tour of Beaufort. This was a lovely area and very relaxing.
