We built this house to enjoy with our friends and family, but are making it available to renters who appreciate quality and want to have a memorable vacation. Construction was just completed in February 2008 – be one of the first to enjoy it! Because the house is brand new, so are the furnishings! The decor is bright and beachy, with a focus on comfort and entertaining – ideal for multiple families. Just imagine … … enjoying a relaxing breakfast on the large screened porch after a great night sleep in a king size bed. … coming home from a full day at the island’s private beach or pool to cook a shrimp boil in the large kitchen with your friends. … creating family memories while playing board games or cards at the game table. … relaxing in the hot tub with the other adults while the kids are upstairs watching a movie on the 42 inch LCD TV. Sleeping arrangements include: • Master 1 – King bed with private bath (jetted tub and separate shower). • Master 2 – King bed and crib with private bath (large shower). • Master 3 – King bed with pack-and-play and bath (large shower). • Bed 4 – One queen and one twin with separate vanity area, and shared jack-and-jill bathroom. • Bed 5 – Two sets of bunk beds (four twins) with separate vanity area, and shared jack-and-jill bathroom. This non-smoking home is located in the private Ocean Marsh area of Harbor Island – inside the Harbor Island gate and a short golf cart ride to the beach or pool. Weekly rental fee includes use of 2 golf carts, two car passes and departure cleaning. Additional car passes are available for $30 each. Please, no pets.
