Brand new, custom-built family home with fine
workmanship, beautiful materials and new landscaping.
This home is sun-drenched and has panoramic views with
glimpses of Squibnocket, Quitsa and Menemsha ponds
and the ocean. Quiet, private and serene setting.

The cottage includes a large screened porch, upper deck,
master bedroom with private balcony and full bath.
Open kitchen/dining/living area with fireplace and study.

Two bedrooms in all. Two full baths. Study with sofa-bed.
Living room has fold out sofa-bed for extra sleeping space.

Enjoy a stroll to Menemsha pond beach (5 minutes by foot)
or drive to shared private beach on the south shore
(5 minute drive). Sea kayaks included in rental.
