You will feel instantly at home when you enter this historic, beautifully appointed home in the heart of a beautiful Orange county neighborhood. It is on one of the prettiest streets in the area, a cul-de-sac, with a grass median in the middle, antique lampposts, and large mature trees. The homes are a mix of custom Tudors, Spanish, California Ranch, and Cape Cod styles with large yards and quiet neighbors. We have wild Parrots that roost in our trees regularly, and are a treat to see. We are centrally located with access to all major freeways within a few minutes drive. We are about five minutes from the parking lot at Disneyland. Head North and you will be in Los Angeles in an hour, or head south and you will be in San Diego in about one and one half hours. Continue on a few miles farther and you will be in Mexico for some great shopping and lobster!
We are located about a twenty minute drive to beautiful Newport beach,Corona Del Mar, Fashion Island and Balboa Island. We provide beach towels, chairs, and sand toys for the children!
Our home sits on a 1/3 acre lot with blooming flowers year round, and a constant supply of citrus and avocado for you to enjoy while you are our guests. The large back lanai has a view of the lovely backyard with climbing roses and arbors. There is patio seating for Eight under a candle lit chandelier. Enjoy balmy southern California summer evenings with no humidity and no bugs! Winters are mild, and perfect for breakfast or lunch outdoors. We can provide you with a wonderful "boutique caterer" who can prepare special meals for you to enjoy on the patio or in the lovely dining room.
The interior of the home is beautifully appointed with custom moldings, hardwood floors, and a great floor plan for family enjoyment. The furniture is comfortable and relaxed, with beautiful antiques that are family friendly. This is also a great place for mini conferences and business gatherings. The 15 x 25 foot living room is set up with a 50 inch plasma TV over the fireplace with theater sound and comfortable movie seating.
There are three bedrooms on the second story. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, the guest bedroom has a full bed and the third bedroom has a sofa and a twin bed, perfect for children. We also offer crib and kids toys for young children. there is a den downstairs with a full sofa bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa for extra sleeping. There is a full bath upstairs with a separate tub and shower and a bath downstairs with a enclosed shower.
The kitchen is a dream, remodeled recently with Corian countertops and a separate eating area. There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils for a crowd. There is a formal dining room with seating for eight.

Our property is also available for small (75) weddings in the large beautiful back yard. An extra site fee would apply.
