This beautiful 1,500 square foot townhouse is situated across from the 4th green on the desert course at Tucson National. From the flagstone patio, you can look up the entire length of the lush green fairway as you cook on the large, built-in gas BBQ. Inside, you can see the fairway from the kitchen, dining area, and living room through expansive windows with west and north exposures in this corner townhome.
Luxury furnishings abound. Large leather sofa and chairs gather around the fireplace and 37' flat screen TV and DVD in the living room. New king bed (mattress, box, and frame) in master bedroom with mountain view. The master also has a flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, and updated master bath. Second bedroom has 2 (new) twin beds. Third bedroom has new daybed along with desk, chair, and telephone line with unlimited local and long-distance calling, voice mail, and high-speed wireless Internet access (just bring your laptop) -- an ideal office if you have to work during your stay.
Updated kitchen has new stone and tile countertops, stainless steel appliances, eating bar with stools, and is fully stocked. Adjacent dining area has table and chairs for six people with patio and outdoor view. We have an iHome so you can listen to your favorite music from your iPhone or iPod.
Sloped, higher ceilings throughout give an even more spacious feel, and ceiling fans keep the rooms comfortable in all seasons. The home is well-lit with recessed lighting and large table lamps. Lovely neutral tile throughout, complemented by beautiful area rugs.
Just a few steps away are the community pool and spa, and the amenities of the Omni Hotel & Resort are within comfortable walking distance.

The unit is very clean, well maintained and equipped. It has an excellent location, both within the Omni Tucson GC complex, but also relative the larger Tucson area. The owner, John Ryan was very responsive and did everything he said he would on time and with no hassles. We would definitely stay in this unit again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.

I am just finishing a 5 week stay. This unit is very well equipped, is in great condition, and has a lovely view. Tucson National is a very convenient location, shopping nearby, restaurants here, and a short ride to downtown.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

About the owner: We live in the Chicago suburbs but love coming to Tucson several times each year to visit family and enjoy the sunshine, warm weather, and outdoor activities. We have three sons (two teens and one adult) who all like to play golf with Dad, go to the community pool, and hang out. We hope to move here all-year round a few years from now.
Why the Owner Chose Omni Tucson National Golf Resort & Spa:
Tucson National is a gated community, located in northwest Tucson, within a few minutes drive from superb restaurants, grocery stores, cinema, and shops. There are two outstanding golf courses here, which are meticulously maintained, as are the hotel and resort grounds. The Omni Hotel has recently undergone a substantial renovation, including refurbished rooms, a new lobby, and several excellent dining options. The mountains are gorgeous throughout the resort, and it's an easy walk to enjoy these views. The staff and homeowners are friendly and welcoming.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Our townhouse is located at the northern tip of Arnold Palmer Drive, where you can enjoy the fairway views on three sides. It is quiet and peaceful, far enough away from the fairway/green to avoid errant golf balls. The house has been updated throughout, the kitchen is a delight for cooking and talking with guests, and you can enjoy the fairway views from inside as well as on the patio. The house is terrific for families and for entertaining large groups, but it's also cozy enough for a single person or couple to thoroughly enjoy.
