Renovated and updated 2007-2008, SEAVIEW is one of Jekyll's top rental houses with beach access about 100 yards away and views across the dunes. Large tiled Island Room with all glass East side shielded from neighbors by eight foot tall lugustrom hedge for privacy as well as full drapes.
Excellent house for entertaining with large, attractively furnished living room and dining room in addition to the Island Room, or for just relaxing. Outdoor elevated tiled patio has remote supply gas fired grille and built-in food prep picnic type table, plus chairs and eating table.
Recent new furniture and complete renovation of kitchen including new ceiling and lighting. Most of house carpeted throughout and well maintained by owners who aim to keep this home among the top rentals on Jekyll in this price category. 2008 all new six panel solid interior doors & several rooms repainted and refurnished.
