Why the Owner Chose Telegraph Hill
I love San Francisco, especially North Beach and Telegraph Hill, which has a long history of creativity and bohemian culture. Artists, writers, musicians, and actors have been attracted to this neighborhood since the 1950's. I enjoy sharing the neighborhood and my beautiful, historic apartment with people from all over the world.

My husband Ray and our 14 yrd old dog Charlie stayed in this condo for 3 weeks and just loved, loved, loved it. The view spectacular!!!!! The walks up and down the hill priceless! The decor in the apt was incredible and we still didnt get to look at everything in the apartment. If you are a music fan this is the place for you!!!! We fell in love with this place and our wonderful neighbors who welcomed us and became our very good friends. Thanks Cherie for a wonderful experience! We hope you will have us again!!!! I rented from Cherie only planning for a three month stay and loved the city and space so much, she allowed me to extend it to six. The location is perfect, the view is phenomenal, and Cherie is caring and prompt. We had a couple of minor things early on in our stay, Cherie took care of it immediately and even traveled down from Glen Ellen to ensure our satisfaction. The apartment itself is spacious and well furnished. The building has lots of history and it was a trip to watch the movie Dark Passage while staying there (the movie was filmed in the building). The view is the real prize here. The perfect breakfast spot because it overlooks the entire Bay including Berkley, Oakland, and Treasure Island. The building is located right on top of the Filbert steps for easy access to the Embarcadero. The steps also take you right up to Coit Tower as you would be staying right underneath it! The apartment is literally 2 blocks away from the heart of North Beach/Little Italy and about half a mile from Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. If you have ever wanted to get an insider's experience of San Francisco, this is the location to do it! I will truly miss calling this place home. If you are hesitant to rent this place, just know that you would be missing out on the opportunity of a lifetime.

We stayed in this apartment in March 2009 and were really pleased we chose this location. Great size apartment, with amazing views of the bay. Add to this what I think is one of the nicest areas in San Francisco and you've got a great vacation. Close to local shops & restaurants and good transport links into downtown areas.

Myself, my partner, & a friend recently spent 7 nights at this special apartment in San Francisco, on Telegraph Hill. It is even better than the owner's description and photographs indicate. The apartment is spacious, clean, & comfortable, with views of The Bay & The Oakland-Bay Bridge. The master bedroom is spacious. The additional bed is in the "sleeping porch" portion of the porch. Our friend loved sleeping in the sleeping porch: it was cozy & warm & had the great view of the bay. The apartment has ample closet space. The kitchen & bathroom are clean & well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Gerard
