I have stayed here twice with my colleagues from Miracle, Denmark. The apartment is perfect for 4-6 people with a huge kitchen and two bathrooms. The owner has been extremely helpful; even suggesting activities, restaurants, parking etc. The location is fantastic on the top of a hill. Brilliant view from the rooftop. The Nob Hill Market is right across the street. Absolutely recommended!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

My friends and I were more than pleased with this flat we rented for a business trip/girls' getaway. The location can't be beat, within walking distance to Union Square where I had my business meeting, and recreational venues such as Beach Blanket Babylon and Kabuki Springs Spa. The flat is very tastefully appointed, catering to the discerning and esthetically minded guest, yet reflecting the era in which it was originally constructed, ie turn of the century, so expect some imperfections. There is a market across the street with more types of yogurt than I imagined existed. Around the corner, intimate Keiko a' Nob Hill will amaze your palate.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We were a party of four ortopedic surgeons visiting the annual orthopedic meeting in Moscone Center. We had an excellent week in Patricias appartment. Pickuped by Nabil from the airport, welcomed by Patricia to a fantastic appartment with 4 bedrooms and a wonderful kitchen and living rooms. Patrica was very helpful during the week - helped us with restaurant reservations and everything. The apartment is nice situated just beside Nob Hill Market with excellent food and wines, just 2 blocks from the tram and 15 minutes walk down to Market street. We can really recommend this apartment! Very clean and proper!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

What an wonderful place to call home away from home. We have stayed here twice now and I am sure we will stay here again. It is one of our favorite places to stay in SF. The home has amazing art and the bedding is lush and cozy. I think I sleep better here then I do in my own bed. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great central location with an elegant esthetic, yet cozy enough to feel at home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

I celebrated my 40th birthday in this elegant Nob Hill apartment and it was perfect for the occasion. It is beautifully decorated with light colors and subtle contemporary artwork and it has a great big kitchen, perfect for a caterer to prepare finger food for a party. I had about 30 guests and they all enjoyed themselves very much. The owner was extremely accommodating and was very helpful in ensuring that everything went smoothly and that my guests had a great time.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We have stayed twice at this 4 bedroom in Nob Hill and we will be back again. Having lived in San Francisco we often return to visit family and enjoy our favorite city. We tried several other places before finding this spot. Here are some of the highlights: Location: This is a great central location with easy access to everything. The corner Nob Hill Market is a great market with gourmet sandwiches. All those little items you need, like Ben & Jerry's ice cream at 9 PM, are steps away. Accommodations: With 4 bedrooms and a huge kitchen table, it has plenty of space for getting a family together. The bedrooms are incredibly comfortable with first class lines and beautiful custom wool blankets and pillows. The roof deck has fantastic views of the Golden Gate bridge and Northwest SF. (It also has laundry). Bonus: Patricia is a great host and has become a friend of our family. As former SF residents we have good sense of what the city has to offer. However, Patricia provides expert insight to great new stores, galleries and restaurants, etc. We highly recommend.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

The property was terrific & situated on top of Nob Hill. Great location with lots of amenities nearby. 4 Bedrooms, all very neat and spacious. Decor is nicely done. The roof garden is great. The owner is fantastic. Very helpful, offered some great recommendations on local restaurants and a car service to get to/from the airport. I will book it again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

My family has enjoyed staying at this property, so much that we return to it each time we visit SF. We are originally from the SF area and needed a place where we could "feel at home". This surely fit the bill. The house, although elegant, has a very "warm" feel to it. Location is perfect, the roof top garden is lovely. There are several restaurants in the area within walking distance. Also one of the best Grocery stores just steps away. We can't wait to return.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.

I hosted a series of strategic planning meetings for my Fortune 50 client and needed an environment that fostered long periods of highly interactive discussion among executives and industry experts. This apartment suited the purpose perfectly. It's very comfortable, quiet, ideally located, and fully functional apartment. We utilized the chef recommendation of the apartment's owner, thus had wonderfully prepared meals around the clock---allowing us to maximize out limited time together. I fully expect to reserve this apartment again for other business meetings. I'd highly recommend this apartment.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We just spent a week in this apartment and other than some confusion with the cleaners we had a lovely time. The beds were comfortable, the place spacious and the kitchen well equipped. I spent a lovely morning reading on the rooftop garden and looking at the bay and golden gate bridge. We had friends in for dinner another night - it was so comfortable. Across the road is a fabulous deli with cooked food and salads or meats - anything you would need for a lovely meal. The owner operates a very extensive honour bar so even arriving jet lagged there was plenty to keep us going. the owner was prompt in response to any queries and charming company. We would go back again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.
