Fantásticas vistas desde la terraza de la azotea! 1278 Jackson Street se encuentra en la histórica línea de teleférico que viaja desde las áreas del centro / Union Square hasta las áreas del parque acuático / muelle de pescadores. El apartamento está totalmente equipado con todo para que su estadía sea agradable y muy cómoda. Clean, pleasant, and well equipped space in a terrific neighborhood. Host is proactive and easy to communicate with. Among the many perks we enjoyed the view from the rooftop deck! We would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as described and extremely well appointed. Both consumable and non-consumable items were abundant in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. It is obvious that Greg values making guests feel at home and comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs as we explored all areas of the city using the cable cars, uber and taxi. I would highly recommend staying here and would gladly stay again next time I visit San Francisco.

Great apartment with an amazing view from the rooftop. Apartment was easy to get to and only had 2 flights of stairs to get to/from the apartment. Air conditioning worked really well. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in this apartment. Every single aspect was excellent. The apartment is located in a lovely neighbourhood with many shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.Communication with the host, Greg, was excellent. We arrived late at night and he provided very clear and easy instructions for our check in. He also kindly arranged to store our bags for us on departure as we had a late flight back to the uk, enabling us to make the most of our last day in San Francisco.The apartment itself is very well appointed, just as shown in the photos. Beds are comfortable, everywhere is spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Greg also left some breakfast supplies for our first morning and a bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. We spent one evening watching the sunset from the roof deck - a must do if you are staying here.A 10/10 property on all aspects - can’t fault anything and would happily stay here again.

I stay in San Francisco twice a year for work, and this is by far the best property I've stayed in. Greg was a great host, met us in person to go over the property details, and has crafted a lovely place to stay in the city. I really appreciated all the little details that elevated this property above others. The view from the deck is amazing, and my only regret for the trip is that I couldn't spend more time up there.

An Amazing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay, and found that Gregory was very accommodating and helpful. The space itself is beautiful, and has every accommodation you need for a long or short-term stay. Public transportation was easily accessible. There were also plenty of dining options in the area too!

Greg’s apartment is easily a 100/10!! From the initial greeting with wonderfully thought out welcome goodies to the view and the CLEANLINESS this is easily a gem in San Francisco. The location is perfect for walking to many restaurants, cafes and adjoining neighborhoods. This will absolutely be our go to home away from home when we return. Museum tour in San Francisco

We had a great time staying in Nob Hill. The unit was clean and well-equipped for the 3 of us to stay for 5 nights. We ate dinner at home most evenings and watched the sunset from the roof deck.

AMAZING NOB HILL VRBO

We loved our stay at this VRBO. Greg was an amazing host and his place was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, easy to walk everywhere.
