Very Clean 3rd floor condo unit, sleeps 2-4, 1-bed, 1-bath, 1 sofa/sleeper, with HEATED Swimming Pool, outside shower. Central AC, 2 sets sliding glass doors for lots of view. South Avalon NJ, ocean block unit, 1 block from Stone harbor, Wind Drift restaurant on same street and unit faces a sports field. Shopping in Stone Harbor or in Avalon, about 15 minutes from Wild Wood NJ. Nearby zoo, 20 min from Atlantic City casino's. 2 blocks from boat ramps, 10 minutes from Garden State Parkway and 20 minutes to Cape May-Lewis Ferry. Beach is about 200' from unit no streets to cross. Handicap ramp accessible to beach.

Beds	Queen Bed Convertible Bed: couch pulls out to accomodate 2 adults or kids.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: Cable is provided DVD VCR Shared Pool: Pool is heated, no diving board, baby section, renovated 2007/2008 season.
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: new frig 2007, 2 ice trays only. electric stove/ oven with pots and pans below. Cooking Utensils Provided: Dishes, cups, bowls, cooking pans, utensils, towels, fire extinguisher, garbage disposal unit, recycling can, coffee maker, and some basic supplies such as filters, cups, spices. Refrigerator Dishwasher: Soap may be available but no guarantee. Microwave
