Year Purchased: 2006
We bought this condo in 2006 and we just love it, the location and walking distance to the water, dining, shopping and other attractions that are a few minutes drive such as light house at Cape May, free zoo, Wildwood entertainment and Atlantic City. The boardwalk at 28th street provides entertainment for kids, a playground, beautiful scenery's, homes and bird sanctuary. This is a place to bring kids, they have fun while being close by, and a sportsfield near the condo's. Our kids still enjoy it.
Why the Owner Chose Avalon
This unit was very clean, large front view, roomy and comfortable, 3rd floor with an ESE ocean view, close to the water, private heated pool, sports field with playground, skateboarding, walking distance to great places to dine. Very well maintained unit and relaxing. The privacy and clean refreshing atmosphere make it all the worthwhile.

My family has stayed here the past two years and enjoyed everything the condo has to offer. It is really refreshing and relaxing to wake up with a cup of coffee while sitting outside to a ocean view. Its location to the beach and all other ammenities are paramount for convienence. Inside it is a very clean, well kept and cozy enviornment. We will be returning for years to come. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to get away and relax.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
