Located in the Heart of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter on a beautiful narrow, quaint pedestrian only street, this loft boasts many amenities.
People are constantly strolling up the street but it is never overcrowded or noisy (which most streets in the gothic quarter are)
Downstairs, the ceilings are 24' high with original Brazilian wood beams and large arched walls. There are two front doors, both original and 22' in height. Open them to glimpse an incredible view of the 2000 year old Roman wall (the original city boundary)... and only seven feet away! The main living area is very spacious. Relax on one of the couches while listening to your favorite CD or simply enjoy the view. There is a large dining table that seats eight, in addition to a cozy breakfast nook for two. Sample our local wine collection! We are Pet friendly!
There is also an entertainment room with TV and VCR (enjoy our movies and books too). The loft has two king beds (one located in the unique second floor loft) and one full bed. The kitchen is well equipped and of course, stocked with all plates, utensils, etc. The loft is also equipped with shower and one bathroom. Please note that this is a true European bathroom; it is located on an exterior terrace. The shower is in an enclosed room, as is the toilet on this terrace. |
