Our home will make you feel at home the minute you enter through the door. It has everything you need, each bedroom has it's own fresh linens and towels, also beach towels are available, coolers for the beach. Vinyl fence,built for privacy, enjoy the beautiful Lanai with patio set, lounge chairs around the pool, and a BBQ, it is completely screened in so, you won't get any uninvited flying visitors dropping by. Located at a large landscaped lot, this home was built in 2006.
For enjoyable day trips to beautiful attractions, a drive to Siesta Key Beach is less than 30 minutes from the house. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. You will enjoy walking in the soft white sand and swim in the beautiful warm water. The Venice, Manasota and Englewood beaches are 15 minutes away. Disney World is 2 1/2 hours away. The Port Charlotte Town Center shopping mall is 10 minutes away.

We stayed at this home March and April 2013. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back next year for 3 months. The accomodations were excellent. The lanai and pool are very relaxing and we didn't have to worry about any bugs. Everything we needed was there and all shopping was just a short distance away. The area is extremely quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with Anna and Salvatores and they were always ready to answer any questions. Many beaches are only about 30 minutes away.If your looking for a nice place to relax this is it.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Stayed in this house for the month of February, 2013 with another couple. Listing is as shown. Very well maintained home that is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to shopping, dining and 30 min. to Englewood Beach. North Port has an excellent bike/walking path system. While there are several golf courses in the area, the more affordable ones are quite busy. Getting tee times sometimes felt like a job. The owner is very involved and easy to reach. All-in-all a good property in a good location.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Anna & Sal were great to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay most comfortable. Stayed with my elderly parents so that they can enjoy the Warm Natural Springs near by. Very quiet location, convienent and easy to locate from the highway & close to shopping. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks !Recommended for: Age 55+.

Wonderful home with a private pool in a very quiet neighborhood. Very close to shopping and the beaches. We definately enjoyed our stay.Recommended for: Age 55+.

About the owner: My family enjoys coming to Florida all the time, We like to explore new places, we are 5 min. away from Highway I75, this is easy to get to destinations very fast, to beaches, restaurants and shopping malls.
Why the Owner Chose North Port:
The location of North Port is growing very fast, the house is surrounded with beautiful homes and it's in a quiet area. The roads are not congested. Also we are in the center of Florida, close to I75 that takes you wherever you want to go, North of Florida or South of Florida. Golfing 5 min. away, beaches 15 to 20 min., depends which one you wish to go to. Close to Shopping Centre and a lot of activities as you wish to go.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The house is very spacious. The back of the house is private, with the new vinyl fence all around the property. The pool water has been switched from chlorine to salt water, which is better for your skin and health, also we added the heat pump to the pool. The house is beautifully furnished, When you walk in, it makes you feels you are in a comfortable home.
