  This clean, spacious house is conveniently located close to Prospector Square, convenient to all the ski areas and just a short walk to the free Park City bus line. Because of the latter, you could really forgo renting a car although we did get one. Worth mentioning were great supply of towels, soaps etc. and the large and tremendously well-equipped kitchen which included lots of extra amenities like cooking oil, spices etc. Our group also really enjoyed the hot tub after skiing, the large-screen TV and the gas fireplace. We had only two issues. The reservation process was a little chaotic and communications and acknowledgements coming back to me weren't very prompt to the point that I began to get concerned. Also, we never got access to the gas grill which turned out to be locked away for the winter. Except for the grill, everything worked out in the end so I would recommend this home.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

  5 minutes from skiing, 5 minutes from downtown. Roomy and very reasonably priced. We are going back.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Meticulously clean home in a quiet location. Well-stocked with all towels, linens, kitchen supplies - even a small library of books and candles! Nice touches left by the management - candies, flowers, drinks. We felt very welcome here and the location was perfect!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

  We had a great time! The house was well stocked; had a convenient arrangement and the owners worked well with us. We made last minute reservations for the July 4, 2009 weekend and the owner was very prompt and accommodating. The price was right for such a large house and well stocked with many unexpected items that made our stay wonderful. Me and my family would highly recommend this house to anyone and plan on staying here in the future. Thanks to the owners for such an easy, welcome and friendly stay.

  Thanks for letting us using this nice vacation home for our Feb 09 ski vacation. The master bedroom is very large which our friends and their 2 daughters like it alot. It is located very close to the shuttle stop. We didn't have to drive much to go shopping or ski. Being able to park inside the garage makes it so much enjoyable to arrive on the winter night. Kitchen is very large and the dinning table is so large. The owner is very easy and pleasant to work with. We will definitely rent again in the future. Thanks!

  This house is setup great for a family or group of friends. The beds are very comfortable, much better than any rental I have ever stayed in. The kitchen is fully equiped with anything you could need to cook. Kitchen table could seat a small army. Overall the house is very spacious! The hot tub is fantastic. Great addition to end your day! I will definately be staying here again!
