Casa Azul has some the best views in Rincon. From our house you can see the ocean, the beaches and inland over the town of Rincon. It is a privately owned house, with all new construction and beautiful furnishings plus great indoor and outdoor spaces. The house is situated on top of a hill and is a short walk the wonderful Puntas Bakery and about a ten minute walk to Pools Beach, or a quick drive to many great beach spots. Centrally located to all the beaches and restaurants in Rincon, this house will make your vacation a fantastic one.
The house has two levels, with the living space, kitchen and the master bedroom located on the top level with the best veiws. The private back deck off the living space come with deck chairs, lounges, dining table and BBQ. The master bedroom is also on the second floor with a private balcony onto the street. The other four bedrooms are downstairs, along with a third private deck on the back of the house. The house is very clean and easy to live in. Each room is colorfully painted, with comfortable furnishings and great beds. All the bathrooms are tiled in white with new fixtures. There is a very large kitchen with an eat-in island that has six stools. Each room boasts fantastic views as well as plenty of ventilation from the trade winds and all rooms have ceiling fans. The house also has DISH Satellite TV, Wireless Internet and a phone with unlimited calling allowed to the U.S.
This house is built into a hillside with two other apartments in the levels below. Both are one bedroom apartments for rent for large parties (at an extra cost from the house above) or separately. They are fully furnished, each with a kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom plus extra sleeping space in the living room.

Why the Owner Chose Rincon
We built in Rincon because it is the Surfing Capital of the Caribbean. It has some of the best surf in the world. We love it because even if there are big waves, we can still find great beach to spend time on with the kids.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The best thing about our property is the location and the views. Hands down, they are just perfect.
This bakery is about a three minute walk from the house, it serves breakfast and lunches. It also has gourmet dining and take out in the evenings. The coffee is great! They have everything you need in
Just a 15 miinute walk down the hill and you will find pools beach, a great family beach and surfing beach. The sun comes from behind so there is ample shade from the palm trees for the kids
This area is about a 15-20 minute walk from the house, it is a great stretch of beach and has many restaurants that are great!
The Econo is about a 15 minute drive from the house, it is a relaxing drive along the water, the Econo has everything that you'd find in a mainland supermarket.
Our family's favorite beach! It is close to the house, there is a little spot for swimming and there are lots of hermit crabs, and it has a nice swell for surfing.
This is a great snorkeling beach. This is also where the famous Tres Palmas breaks on a very big wave day. We love this beach for snorkeling and swimming.

We are the "Endless Summer" family. We live on the East End of Long Island and during the winter months spend as much time as possible in our Rincon home. We like to rent it out when we are not there so others can enjoy this wonderful spot! We built this dream house so we could have the perfect place to spend time with our family. We have Emma, 6 and James, 3 plus countless friends and cousins here all the time. The house is totally kid friendly - with cribs and toys for kids plus nearby beaches with many activities for all ages. The Puntas Bakery is my daughter's favorite spot and it is about a two minute walk from the house. In Puerto Rico, The Bakery is like a deli in the USA - with great prepared foods, sandwiches and excellent pasteries and coffee, too! When we built the house we we created two separate apartments below the main house which we rent out as well. One attaches to the house and it has been a great way to have company but still have our own space!

The pictures on the site do NOT do this place justice.. We had 10 of us in the house and it was absolutely perfect.. We could not have asked for a better trip.. the entire place was clean.. beds were comfortable, and it was walking distance from Puntas Bakery, happy burger (amazing tacos) .. We stayed for a week and felt very safe and had an amazing time~
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I booked this trip for myself and nine other people, where we rented the top unit of the house, as well as the floor below it. From the moment the booking started the owner was in constant contact with me and provided meaningful answers to all of my questions. They provided a very detailed information sheet of the best places to eat, activities, very detailed directions , and even made sure we had the keys available for our 4 am arrival. Upon arrival, the house was in very clean condition, and was very nicely decorated. We noticed that they even had a hammock and a barbecue out on the top patio, and an additional barbecue on the lowest unit's patio. We were originally concerned about the lack of air conditioners but the house was very cool once the windows were opened, and the ceiling fans were on (which were in every room). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook, and the TV's were modern flat screens. We also noticed that there was a large selection of TV stations and that the internet worked flawlessly while we were there. The views were also really nice from all the patios in the house, overlooking the water, and the remainder of the area. The only thing we wish we had was some lounge chairs on the bottom floor of the top unit, so as a group of ten we could have spread out a bit. I could continue to go on but I have to say that our group had a great time, there was no complaints about the house whatsoever, and we were all sad when we had to leave. I appreciate Gina's efforts and time in making this vacation an extremely enjoyable one for us and will definitely consider staying again in the future, because we will definitely be back to Rincon.

We absolutely LOVED Casa Azul. It was perfect for our group. Beautiful house, clean, great location, beautiful beach. Gorgeous view. We loved grilling at night, and the porch was a great hangout spot on the top floor. We loved Puntas Bakery, which was right down the street and had delicious (and cheap!) sandwiches and coffee and desserts. We couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation. Hector and Coca were both lovely and helpful. Thank you for everything! We hope to come back!

I've stayed here a few times now. It is steps away from Punta bakery. Good if traveling solo or with a group. Great for families or singles. I have done both. As far as the location, you can't go wrong- especially if you are a surfer. Quick trip from NYC!

We had a great time with the family staying here. Perched on the hills overlooking Rincon, with a view of Wilderness Point in the distance, the house is within walking distance to all the good surf spots: Domes, Marias, Dogmans, and Tres Palmas. The brand new home is well appointed and very comfortable, with good indoor and outdoor spaces. I'd highly recommend it.

The 180 degree view spanning from green distant hills to the blue Caribbean is spectacular. Persistent trade winds made this house comfortable throughout the days and nights. A short walk down the hill to Pools beach was a pleasant way to spend some afternoons. There are a several beaches all within a fifteen minuet drive and offer conditions to suit any beach activity from sunning to surfing. The accommodations are comfortable and the well equipped kitchen and dining deck with views made for two very pleasant stays in this house, the first in August and again in January.

Now that I have stayed at both apartment rentals I'd like to add to your guestbook. Both experiences were amazing, very spacious, clean, funtional, offering great views from each deck, no bugs and always a pleasant breeze. It has a real good setting on top of a hill (near a great cafe) yet walking distance to many beaches. If you surf - its paradise!!!

This is a great house! The views are magnificent and the location is perfect - very central and convenient with Punta Bakery on the corner. This house is perfectly decorated to give you a great vacation away from home - and a real authentic feel to Puerto Rico. You will find all the things you can imagine to make your stay comfortable from nice TVs to kitchen appliances and even great beds :-) We were definitely pleased with this rental and hope to go back and stay at the same place again soon.

We stayed in the small apartment in this house. It was perfect! Clean, well appointed, really convenient location, and absolutely pleasant. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating - the days were hot, the nights deliciously cool on our veranda where we ate candlelit dinners. We can't wait to come back! lynn + simon
