Located at the base of the Canyons Ski Resort, this beautiful four bedroom, four bath townhouse is perfect for your winter or summer vacation. If you are part of a larger group, we have four more town homes just steps away. One is a 5 bedroom! Together our 5 townhomes can accommodate about 50-54 guests!
Our townhouse has just been updated with beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen, new tile in the entry, hallways and bathrooms. All four bathrooms have new vanities, and the master has a new walk-in shower. The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, condiments in the refrigerator, and all the kitchen gadgets and small appliances you will need for your vacation.
You'll enjoy relaxing and enjoying the beautiful mountain view from our comfortable living room. We have a brand new, wall mounted, flat screen TV for your entertainment.
The four beautifully furnished bedrooms are all updated with new mountain lodge furniture and linens. Two bedroom suites are located downstairs, one with a queen and a single, and the other has a queen. The master suite is upstairs and has a king size bed, private bath and new walk-in shower. The main floor has one small bedroom with bunk beds (single over double), and a private bath.
Nestled in the Wasatch Range of Utah at the Base of the New Canyons Ski Resort, this comfortable, non-smoking townhouse is perfectly located for your winter ski trip, or summer vacations.
We think we have just about the best location in town! Shopping, grocery stores, downtown Park City, restaurants and Tangier Outlet Mall ... all just about 5 to 10 minutes away. Park City Resort is 4 miles, and Deer Valley is 7 miles! Of course, you can always stay close, ski the Canyons and ride the Cabroilet right up to the base, and be on your way in just minutes.
For our SUMMER GUESTS, you will have a short walk to the clubhouse to enjoy the 2 large outdoor pools, (one is heated and open all winter!) a children's pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts and picnic area. The two hot-tubs and a sauna are available for guests all year long.
This townhouse also has a private balcony with scenic view.
We provide parking for two cars, one covered. The quiet complex is well maintained and secured. This townhouse is a "No Smoking" and "No Pets" accommodation.

It was our first ski trip with the kids, and it was a great, warm and welcoming condo that had been waiting for us. Thank you for all the preparation you've done, bringing sleeping kids into the house you always want everything be ready, and it was. Very well equipped kitchen, nice decorations (Christmas tree made it so like HOME), everything clean and neat, even extra rugs for tweet and dirty boots were there. Loved our stay, enjoyed the time and would love to come back.

This was our second stay in one of Jean Ann's townhomes. Each one was nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped. All photos adequately depicted each room. The unit was clean and ready with all supplies upon arrival. Jean Ann did not forget anything. Our family came from five states for the excellent skiing and throughly enjoyed the entire Park City area along with the pool and hot tub. We would recommend Red Pine for the location and the amenities.

We want to thank Mrs.Thompson for making the correct choice on our family ski trip. We had only 1 couple and 4 single adults. The condo had just the perfect accommodations for us. It was decorated, and furnished with what we needed. The view was very nice to look out at the lift. We highly recommend this unit!

There were 4 adults in the condo and enough room for at least four+ more. The condo is well designed, beautifully decorated, equipped with everything needed (even a washer/dryer) and the condo is sparkling clean!! Walking/running/hiking and biking trails - just walk out the door. On one of the trails we walked along there were numerous creative, picture worthy scarecrow displays, so much fun (close to Halloween). The aspens were changing colors and they were spectecular!!! My husband took a guided fly fishing trip. The guide picked him up and brought him back to the condo, he caught the most trout ever and the price was very reasonable. We rafted on a beautiful river, hiked two other moutains and on one of them went to an authentic Octoberfest celebration, delightful. There is a ski lift within walking distance for when the snow comes, wonderful location for skiing. Park City is close by and has tons of restaurants/shopping amenities. There is much to do and see. It is a beautiful, charming and fun place to visit - we are definitely planning to go back.

Condo is very nice - well equipped, very clean and looks newly renovated. Beautiful view from the condo. Walking distance to ski lifts. Ideal location for mountain biking, walking, sight seeing. Went to Salt Lake City for a day (about 30 minutes away) with lots to see and do. Certainly worth the money to stay here - would recommend to others.

My family stayed here for a end summer vacation. Condo was fully stocked and had plenty of room for our family of 8 that stayed here. Pool and hot tub was nice. Lots of great bike/running trails nearby. Outlet mall was great and not far away. Downtown Park City minutes away with lots of local vendors.

This was the first time I've rented a property through VRBO and it went very smoothly. Everything was as described in the listing and was clean with all of the cookware and dishes that we needed. Jean Ann was super helpful when we showed up and couldn't use the driveway due to repaving. This was in the summer (July 2010) so it was not an issue since there were empty units around (and they were supposed to have finished weeks earlier, apparently Park City time is similar to Tahoe time). Anyways, she provided the necessary items for our 10 month old (pack-n-play, high chair, stair gates). We had 9 people (5 adults, 4 kids) and the size was just right for us. A bit hard with a 10 month old, but that would happen anywhere you go. The older kids loved the pool and the toddler pool was a nice touch for the 2 year old (the 10 y.o. loved the indoor hot tub). Lots of stuff to do in the summer, particularly concerts at the Canyons and the farmer's market just a few hundred yards away. Only a few miles into downtown Park City and plenty of nice walks. Also a good location to end a ride of the Mid-Mountain Trail. If staying here in the winter to ski you could probably get away without a car, but in the summer I would want a car to get around (although the bus does run frequently). I would recommend this property to others.
