This in-town private home is surrounded by quiet forest in a neighborhood just three blocks from Main Street. With breathtaking views, privacy, space and amenities superior to those found in condominiums, renting this home is an excellent alternative perfect for several families, couples or a small group.

This home in the Weisshorn neighborhood has an expansive 4,350 square feet of living space that sprawls over three different levels and offers privacy to each individual guest. Incredible ski slope views abound from most of the house including the living area, Kitchen and both master bedrooms, but the house still offers forested privacy. With four bedrooms+ and three and a half baths this home sleeps 12 people comfortably in beds. Just a few blocks from the center of town and a few more to the base of the ski area, this single family home is the ideal location for guests that want to take advantage of all the action that Breckenridge has to offer from dining to shopping to skiing to nightlife.
The cathedral ceilings in the living room provide a sunny, open area for guests to gather around the incredible views, also with a piano and 52-inch television. Two dining rooms have seating for 14 and a kitchen island seating area also seats four. Kids and kids at heart can slip away to the game room and enjoy challenging each other to a game of pool, ping pong, foosball, a video arcade game or movies on a second large-screen television. The comfortable sofa pit group makes viewing a pleasure while you are relaxing.
Step outside onto the wrap-around deck and take in the beautiful backdrop of Breckenridge Ski Resort while soaking in the eight person private hot tub. The large furnished deck is perfect for a BBQ cookout while entertaining friends, family or clients. Other amenities include an oversized one-car heated garage, a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, in-floor radiant heat, free wireless internet, outdoor basketball hoop, a central vacuum cleaner and jetted tubs in both master baths.
In the first of two master suites you will find a king-size bed and a roll away single is available in the closet if needed. The second master has both a king bed and a twin bed along with a cozy gas fireplace. On the lower level, one of the guest bedrooms offers a queen bed along with twin bunk beds. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
I wanted a house that had a garage that I could park my car in and not have to use it until it was time to leave from vacation. I had to have a house that was downtown and within walking distance to everything. The large heavily treed lot was a great bonus for us when we were looking to purchase this property.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The views from most of the rooms in the house are just breathtaking. It looks like the mountains are just outside the window. I love to sit at the dining room table and just watch the slopes.

This was our first time in Breckenridge. We needed a place where family could gather for our nephews wedding. We found Lance's property after a Google took us to VRBO and then the reviews found here. Of course I was a bit nervous as I was in charge of finding the IDEAL location. We found the house just perfect. Two master bedrooms and two more bedrooms down stairs. Large kitchen and larger living room made it perfect for our needs. Though it was mid-May we had 6"-8" of snow. As we weren't prepared for snow it kept us inside more than we would like. But the house is so big and there is so much to do inside we were fine. We had babies and children and old people and there was plenty of space for everyone. Previous guests had left some basic foods and we left some as well. This really helps so you don't need to buy everything. Evevrything is so close. Walk to downtown, short drive to City Market. All the activities one would want are close by. The house was very clean. Lisa the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The owner, Lance, was always professional and responded quickly to questions. Have a great stay. Cheers, Richard

We chose this house because of the location, views, excellent condition of the property and the size. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice. Everything you could possibly want to make your vacation complete is at your fingertips. We walk to town (a short 4 block walk) for meals, shopping, etc. You can catch the shuttle to take you to the lifts or the grocery store. Everything is close by. The house itself is laid out perfectly for any number of people. The deck with large hot tub has incredible views of the mountains and although you're close to town you have the feel of being in the mountains. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with large windows to take advantage of the views. Definitely give this property two thumbs up. We've rented in other areas before and this is by far the best. Highly recommend. We'll be back!!

Had a very nice time in this wonderful location home in Breck. Two big master bedrooms, nice cool basement for the kids. We loved the open kitchen, big living room to gather in and both my girls loved the piano. The backyard is just great and unexpected open space. The house is close but does not feel tight, is very private. We had a blast.
