This luxury cabin is well suited for families or groups up to 10. It is minutes away from the slopes with a private shuttle that picks up at the front door. With two primary bedrooms + two guest rooms, two families can stay here very comfortably while still having privacy. The fireplace and vaulted ceilings in the main living room create the perfect gathering place after a day on the trails. Hiking and biking trails are right outside the door, and the golf course is across the street.

Other than the groceries and drinks we needed for the week, we didn’t purchase any additional items. The home was very clean and organized. We loved every minute.

Perfect stay in the mountains

Chestnut Hill Cabin is incredibly comfortable for one or two families and a great location for accessing Breckenridge, Frisco, and all of Summit County. Jamie provides a ton of spot-on recommendations. The house is easy to access and the quiet neighborhood is a great place to relax and unwind after activity-filled days in the mountains.

Wonderful Mountain Getaway

We loved our stay at Chestnut Hill! We were looking for a summer getaway other than the beach this year, and this property checked all of the boxes - plus more! This home is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Our family felt right at home. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and made good use of the hot tub. Jamie was a wonderful host, providing a great list of area hikes, restaurants, and more. Plus she was quick to reply to any questions we had. We look forward to revisiting Breckenridge and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spring Break

We had such a wonderful stay during our spring break. The house was perfect for our family. Jamie was very responsive and communicative before and during our stay. We have always stayed at places that were ski in/ski-out so this was a first for us and it was very convenient. The shuttle picked up and dropped off in the drive way and was timely. Bob, the driver, was friendly and seemed to really like his job. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay!

We had a group of adults and a few children, and the house fit everyone perfectly. The space is set up to accommodate families, friends and kids. The location is perfect, almost half way between Frisco and Breck, and the neighborhood is quietly tucked away from any traffic. The hosts were readily available if we needed anything (which we didn't because the house has it all!) and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking. 10/10!

Wonderful home for a family ski trip

Our extended family (4 adults and 4 kids) recently stayed at Chestnut Hill cabin. It was so great to have enough room for all of us! The house is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Being able to hop on the shuttle to Breckenridge resort right outside our front door was amazing! And equally as amazing was being able to soak in the hot tub after a long day on the mountain. Jamie was incredibly easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend Chestnut Hill cabin to anyone looking to have an awesome ski trip in Breckenridge.

Great location .. beautifully decorated .. was not accurately listed as duplex .. kitchen and living space smaller than shown for the price … when dates adjusted due to schedule conflicts I was told 100 percent refund and I received maybe 70 percent back.

Great place in Breck!

My family and I had a great time here. 4 adults and 5 kids range from 1-11 and they had everything we needed! Pack & play, high chair, kid plates, & sippy cups! Beds were comfortable and house was beautifully decorated. The host was a great communicator. Only complaint is I wouldn’t call it a private shuttle. To me that is a ride that you can call that will pick you up when you are ready. This was a private shuttle for the neighborhood on a continuous loop that made about 5 different stops. Sometimes it’s early, sometimes it’s late. So we ended up driving to the mountain or into town most days which was still very easy. Overall I would still recommend.

Very Nice, Clean and Spacious !!!

Me and my family stayed at this beautiful town house for 5 days. Everything was perfect, very clean and very nice designed. All the beds were very comfortable and I could say that was one off the most comfortable bad I ever slept in. Two of the bedrooms have in suite bathrooms with nice big tubs and also separate showers, in addition there is another 2 bathrooms. There is nice small patio with grill and siting area. The location of the house was perfect for us, close to the golf course, Breckenridge main street and gondola was also very close. We rent the bikes and we drive to the town every day to get the breakfast and go to the surrounding trails. It was perfect stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your lovely house with us.

Great location and house!

My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids (10, 8 and 3) just left this house. It was nicely decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. Jamie was very responsive with my questions and was great to work with. Our kids loved all the games and puzzles and the bunk room! She even had snacks for us upon arrival. Each room had box fans and ceiling fans which were very much appreciated since no A/C (although cooler weather, us Texans love our A/C 😂). Loved the lay out of the house with the kids upstairs and us downstairs. The location was about 8 mins from main street and about the same to Frisco. We love both cities so really loved the location and how it was in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this rental property!

Chestnut Hill

The house was just as described in the listing. I had asked whether they would have a tree prior to arrival and they said "no", however, when we arrived there was a tree there and other Christmas decorations, pleasant surprise. Conveniently located, easy to get to all things Breckenridge. Kitchen well stocked if you are going to cook in. Hot tub is great after a day of skiing. We took the shuttle, but waited an hour for the shuttle to pick us back up at Gondola and it never showed, just be prepared to call an Uber. Mattresses in the house are very comfortable. Plenty of blankets and pillows in the house. The only downfall is that there was 9 of us and the table only had room for 6, but there was barstools that people could sit at counter. I would recommend getting a humidifier for the house, as it was dry otherwise, it was a great stay!! I would highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

Chestnut Hill is perfect for our family because we can get away from it all due to its quiet location, but are only minutes from the action. Our family enjoys playing golf, and the Jack Nicklaus designed Breckenridge Golf Club is directly across the street. We also love to hike and bike, and can do both of those things right outside our door. We hope you enjoy Chestnut Hill just like we do!
