***A wonderful luxury ski in ski out home located on Peak 8 of Breckenridge, Colorado.***

Come and ski the new expert terrain of Peak 6 at Breckenridge opened 2014!

This is a very private, wooded setting in one of Brecks most exclusive neighborhoods, Shock Hill.

We have recently upgraded the technology in the house. We now have a full Sonos system with Alexa for the TV and in the bedroom. You are able to connect to this through the Sonos app on a smart phone to stream music or play content on your phone. We also purchased a new 55" Sony XBR smart TV to view movies and other shows in full 4K resolution.

We now have a new Bullfrog R6L spa to replace our older spa. It is now ready to go and is a huge improvement!! Visit us now and enjoy!

A well appointed single family home within walking distance of the Gondola and the Main Street of Breckenridge. You will leave feeling relaxed and ready to return.

One bedroom one bath (Sleeps 2-4) stand alone home. This gorgeous one bedroom home is only 300 yards from the new gondola private mid station. Walk to the gondola and ride it to the base of Peak 8 or take the gondola downtown. This free standing one bedroom home is also steps to the Breckenridge Nordic Ski Trail. Enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or hiking and mountain biking in the summer. This home is only half of a mile from main street Breck and is an easy walk via a sidewalk.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with high end stainless steel appliances as well as granite countertops. It has everything you will need to cook a gourmet meal. The grill pictured was required to be removed because of HOA insurance purposes. There is not a propane grill to be used by guests.

The bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with down pillows and a down comforter to keep you warm at night.

The large bathroom is located off of the bedroom. Enjoy the jetted tub or glass enclosed *STEAM SHOWER*after a great day of hiking, skiing, or mountain biking.

The living room/kitchen/dining area features a nice open floor plan that makes this property ideal for socializing in front of the gas fireplace as you cook dinner. Then curl up on the sofa and watch your favorite movie on the 55 inch Sony XBR television as the fire burns into the night. We have secure WIFI as well. The sofa offers a pull out queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress which makes the home available to sleep up to 4 people.

We had an amazing stay at the property over Christmas. It has a lovely cosy cabin feel and with snow outside, it was idyllic. The home was warm when we arrived and everything was immaculate. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed plus a few cupboard essentials. The views outside the home are amazing. It was great to sit outside in the morning to watch the sun come up.The hot tub is nice bonus especially after a long day skiing. The location is so convenient. It is only a short walk into Breckenridge and an even shorter walk to the gondola which is just up the street. Brad & Lee were very welcoming and provided us all the information we needed and responded promptly to any queries.I would highly recommend this property and definitely stay here again.

We loved our getaway! This place was perfectly sized and conveniently located. We visited in mid-September so we were just starting to catch the fall color. We also happened to visit the same weekend as Oktoberfest, so the town was busy. The location was perfect for us to be close to the activities but far enough away from the traffic. Super random, but we even saw some moose right from the driveway! Can't wait to visit again!

Amazing little get away!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. It was perfect for us! The kitchen had everything we needed to make some at home meals and enjoyed the grill! Bed was so comfy and the hot tub was perfect after a long day!! We will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay! The cabin was the perfect size, in a great location, very clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked which was allowed us to cook most meals. On our last day, just before we checked out, the hot tub guy came to service the hot tub. We watched him drain, refill, and put new chemicals in it. That is apparently standard and is done after every guest. Very nice to know that every detail is considered when cleaning before/after guests. We will definitely book again if we come back to Breckenridge.

House is in a fantastic location, far enough from downtown when you want some solitude, but extremely convenient to access all Breck has to offerOnly downfall is that the place could use someTLC. Carpets badly stained, tile and grout could use a deep cleaning .

Fantastic Cabin for couples

Wonderful stay

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and just the right size for us. The proximity to the gondola station was great, and the hot tub was enjoyable after a day of skiing. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Breck!

We both reside in Denver and spend our free time in or around Breckenridge. We all enjoy the outdoors and everything Colorado has to offer during the four seasons. We are all passionate about skiing and love the Summit county environment.

Why they chose this property

We have been visiting the Breckenridge area since 1985 and love everything the area has to offer. The skiing is great in Breckenridge along with all of summit county. We made the decision to purchase a place after five years of waiting for the perfect property. We love the private setting and the quiet neighborhood of Shock Hill. The added bonus, we found a house where we could access the slopes without paying for parking or taking a shuttle. We also wanted easy access to the town of Breckenridge. This home provides everything.

What makes this property unique

We love our house and have been told it is the most unique property in Breckenridge. Quiet and close to skiing and town. Very private setting nestled in the woods. The home has all the features of a luxury mansion in a one bedroom size. Easy access to year round sports and activities.
