    • This was our first experience renting from Susie at Kiawah (Sparrow Pond Cottage). First, my wife, my kids (22,19,17) and I are travel veterans (many places in and out of the USA). Our first impression of the accomodation was that it was outstanding, and this impression continued all weekend. The furniture, the layout, the comfort, the appliances, and the bathrooms were perfect for our family of 5. Having rented other houses/condos in the past, I was especially pleased to learn that there was a generous supply of cleaning products, trash bags, toilet paper, and other household accoutrements that one rarely finds in other rentals. Susie was great to work with, and the weekend went off without a single hitch, and was a complete success for our family. We hope to return soon!

    • This is our second winter here at Sparrow Pond. We have enjoyed the cottage and the facilities. The cottage is very clean and up-dated. It is a beautiful area. There are books, games, puzzles and Wi Fi to enjoy inside, and a short walk to the beach. Being so close to Charleston is wonderful for something extra to do. There are excellent restaurants in the area if you choose not to cook. If you enjoy cooking the kitchen is very well equipped. We have had a wonderful time!

    • Our family has vacationed at Kiawah probably ten times. A couple of years ago we were lucky enough to visit your cottage. Your cottage has been by far the cleanest, neatest, most comfortable place we have stayed and these are the reasons we already have reservations for the summer of 2009. Thanks for caring enough to maintain such a pleasent house for my family to enjoy.

    • My husband and I spent our honeymoon at the Cottage and couldn't have asked for a more relaxing vacation. The Cottage was spotless and a great proximity to the beach. We spent our days at the beach, riding bikes, and exploring the island. We watched the sun set over the Marina at Bohicket and had cocktails at The Sanctuary. We spent a day shopping/sight seeing in Charleston, which was an easy drive. We loved the Cottage and look forward to spending many anniversaries there.
