A 10 minute walk from the Rhinecliff train station, this newly constructed 6200' Hudson River estate was built to celebrate it's glorious river views in almost every part of the house. 2 equal and private master king suites face the river; a perfect chef's eat in kitchen (Sub Zero, Wolf, etc) has wrap-around windows and leads through a butler's pantry to a vast cedar-trussed great room which opens onto a 2 tiered Adirondeck porch. Stone steps lead you to the nearby 20 X 40 foot heated pool with its own decks for sunning as you watch the yachts and tugboats go by. Rhinebeck with its many great restaurants, shops and theaters is the nexus of the Hudson Valley. But in a few minutes drive you'll find quaint towns, memorable hikes and bike trails, tennis, horse back riding, historic mansions and museums. The Omega Center and Bard College's Fischer Center offers first rate theater, dance and music just 10 minutes away. Antique stores are everywhere. The Hudson Valley is renowned for its amenities but nothing compares with the sheer beauty of the sunsets that inspired the Hudson River Painters a century ago. You'll get it every night looking out over the Hudson from the living room.
