My home is on the second floor with no one above, has a great ocean breeze, great light, completely furnished, high quality stereo and TV equipment.

My repeat visit, sadly shorter this time, but just as special. You cannot beat the location and the atmosphere. But the flat (condo) is the real secret - perfect for a couple or small family, with all the amenities you need. I look forward to staying here many times in the years to come.

Mark has a lovely condo in an excellent location. We have stayed in Coronado many times in different locations and this is one of the best locations for the price on the island, in a quiet neighborhood, but convenient to everything. Mark was an excellent host and we had a great time.

We were very pleased with this charming 2 bedroom unit. It was perfectly located 1 block off Orange Street, but quieter than you would expect because it was an upstairs unit at the back of the charming complex. The unit has been completely renovated, with beautiful wide plank dark hardwood floors, new appliances, granite counter tops and tasteful furniture. Also, they had 2 new HD widescreen televisions. The master bedroom is a little small, but that is to be expected in an older complex. We would definitely rent it again.
