Welcome! We are ready for you to float your boat on Norris and stay in our brand new waterfront home.
The entire house has been professionally decorated for your comfort and is located within the gorgeous Lakeside Estates. Spend time on the water and when you're done, tie up at our covered dock and enjoy the rest of the day relaxing on the deck, lounging in front of one of the 7 HDTVs, or playing pool or ping pong in the game room. Whatever your choice, you're guaranteed to have a good time.
MAIN LEVEL Open floor plan with hard wood floors throughout the kitchen and great room including:
* Kitchen: Fully stocked for 24 people with Kitchen Aid stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need during your stay and more.
* Great Room: Floor to ceiling windows offer beautiful views of the lake and mountains. A large dining table comfortably seats 8 to 10 people. Leather couches for you to relax on while enjoying the state-of-the-art entertainment system including flat screen HDTV, DVR, DVD, iPod dock and surround sound. The upper deck off the Great Room has a gas grill and a table with umbrella and chairs for those who prefer to eat outside.
* Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with King Size bed, attached full bathroom and your own HDTV with DirecTV
LOWER LEVEL
* Fully equipped entertainment area that'll keep the kids (or the kid in you) occupied for hours on end. Featuring a pool table that can also be used for ping pong, a slot machine that's guaranteed to pay out and an entertainment system that includes a Wii game system, flat screen HDTV, DVD and surround sound speakers. The lower deck off the Entertainment Area has a set of lounge chairs and table for those who prefer a slightly slower form of entertainment.
