With total of six bedrooms, three baths, Master Suite, kitchen, breakfast nook, pantry, dining room, great room, library, separate laundry room, two car garage and large driveway with ample parking space for multiple cars, the Pacific Breeze Beach House is equipped to cater to intimate getaway or a larger group and is priced accordingly.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, a natural gathering place that serves as the centerpiece of the Great Room. It includes a six-burner Dacor gas cook top with electric/convection double ovens, a granite-topped counters and center island, double-door refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, breakfast nook and storage pantry. The dining room invites guests to linger at the large dining table, enjoying memorable meals and conversation. Master Suite features spacious bedroom, dressing area and walk-in closet, dream- come -true bathroom suite with spa bath.
Hardwood and tile floors throughout, granite counter tops, fireplace, pleasing wall and window treatments, overstuffed elegant chairs and sofas add richness and texture and complete your surroundings at the Pacific Breeze Beach House.
You'll love to see and hear the Pacific Ocean and smell the sweet scent of Paradise from the spacious deck with it gas BBQ grill, tables, chairs and lounge. In the evening, let the whisper of the waves lull you to sleep in the master suite or in any one of five elegant bedrooms, each a haven of rest, relaxation and serenity.
A unique feature of Pacific Breeze is pet run with outdoor shower (initially installed for the convenience of guests with pets, but we don’t think any dog would mind YOU borrowing it). It's easy to wash off the sand of you or your pet before heading inside to the comfort of leather sofas, large screen Satellite TV, Wi-FI, gas fireplace, glass of wine, good book and a good meal.
Less than a mile from the town of Gold Beach and the famous Rogue River the activities include the hydro-jet boat trips, Bandon Dunes Golf Course, exploring long sandy beaches, tide pooling, whale watching, wild life viewing, horseback riding, hiking, close proximity to 3 wilderness areas and 5 wild and scenic rivers.

Cancellations and Refunds
Due to our intimate size, cancellations and reservations changes effect us significantly. All cancellations are subject to a $250.00 processing fee. Cancellations communicated more than 30 days from your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, less the $250.00. Cancellations made less than 30 days will be refunded in full only if the reserved time can be re-booked at the same rate. In the event that we are able to partially fill your cancelled space, we will refund the recovered amount, less a $250.00 processing fee. Deposits made by credit card will be charged 3.5% of amount paid + the $250.00.
Deposits
To secure a reservation for up to one week, we require a payment for the first night's stay plus a security deposit of $300. The security deposit is refundable within one week after departure, provided there is no damage to the premises.
To secure a reservation for one week or more, we require a payment for 1/2 of the total stay plus the $300.00 security deposit.
The balance is due no later than one week prior to your arrival date.

We had an amazing time. We rock climbed, saw baby seals. The baby seals were adorable. What do you see on the beach? My Dad and I played monopoly a lot. It was so fun, I won twice. Reese was the banker. We had so much fun in the beach. We had a fire and a fort. From Reese and Addison.

Despite the torrential rains, we had a wonderful time watching the storms roll in and the magnificent waves breaking on the rocks. There was enough dry spells to have fun at the beach. The house is beautiful and spacious. Our family really enjoyed ourselves! P.S. From Elena - Thank you for letting us stay in your hous it was nice.

Arrived yesterday with our family of 12. The house is gorgeous with plenty of room for everyone. The location calls for complete relaxation at every window! I could feel the stress drop off the minute I looked out. The ammenities are beyond adequate. The agency is very professional. Our family includes 4 young children. The easy beach access is walkable for all of them and the sand is perfect for hours of fun. I would definitely recommend it...but don't choose the week we will come back next year.

While this gorgeous, spacious home has everything a renter would want as far as amenities and location go, the owners nickeled and dimed us. While this house easily sleeps 12, they charge for having more than 6 guests ( a total of $400 ) which we knew going in but after seeing the house and how it easily sleeps 12, seems like a rip off. THEN after being warned MANY times to clean the bbq, I spent over ONE HOUR scrubbing it and STILL got charged $20. More nickel and diming that just leaves a bad taste in our mouths.

We came to your home under difficult circumstances. Our mother died Dec. 28, 2009. She was a long time Gold Beach resident. Your home allowed us to grieve and celebrate together. Our entire family was able to stay here. Your home became our home and it was like "coming home". Thank you for the comfort and a beautiful place to share memories. We laughed and cried a lot. But in looking at the ocean view & experiencing the love of the Gold Beach community, we know why we loved it so. We feel priviledged to have grown up here. Again, thank you for your hospitality. It made a significant difference.

From our Guest Book: Thank you for a spectacular week in Gold Beach! We came to celebrate our daughter's 9 year birthday - it was full of family memories that we will cherish forever. The house is so very comfortable, felt like home! The beach was a lot of fun. We even drove up to the ranch for a lazy swing in the hamock at Corral Meadow Pond - peaceful! It was hard to leave, but we will be back!
