The Island Princess is a world class resort on beautiful Okaloosa Island! Enjoy our newly renovated, professionally decorated, first floor condo at the beach on Okaloosa Island. This Gulf-Front condo is located within steps of the Gulf side Pool and Outdoor Hot Tub Spa. Another few steps to the Crystal White Beach.
Unit 114, on the preferred West end , is close to its reserved covered parking place, the exercise room and grilling area. Management by local owner provides many extras such as flexible check-in /check-out times, condiments, cleaning supplies, and a welcome baskets. Units close together are available for groups!
Unit 114 is Great for Families! The kids are within short distance to the condo for toys, food and drinks while playing around the pool or out at the beach. No elevator waiting here! Just open the private patio door to access the condo patio and the pool deck . Within seconds, you are back to the water! The private gate also keeps the little ones away from the pool deck.
Free daily beach service with attendants is available on our sugar white beach. No need to lug the umbrella and all of those chairs. It’s already set up and on the beach and waiting for you. A beach umbrella and two chairs are included with your rental rate (March-October) and we provide the beach toys(deck box on the patio). Enjoy an extra hour of beach service!! The Island Princess has summer beach service from 9am-6pm.
The condo is located five miles west of Destin Pass Bridge on beautiful Okaloosa Island. Okaloosa Island has a great fishing pier, boardwalk, and terrific waterfront restaurants!
Amenities-Professional Decorated, Phone, Cable TV/VCR/DVD, Internet Service, Stereo, full kitchen. All small appliances and cooking utensils provided, linens provided, washer and dryer, hot tub (shared), heated outdoor pool (shared), reserved covered parking, common area BBQ grills on premises, and onsite fitness room. Two bedrooms, two baths,
(Master is 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom is twin beds, pull down Murphy bed is queen and very comfortable). This unit is a no smoking, no pets unit.
Activities – Golf, miniature golf, amusement parks, fishing, shopping, great restaurants, snorkeling, diving, and surfing. For additional shopping and restaurants Destin is only six miles away.
