  I have stayed in several (7) different places in the Robbinsville area over the years, some less expensive some more but until I build my own place down there I will plan on staying in this home. The layout is perfect for families or multiple couples. It is extremely clean and close to everything. A true must stay!!!!

  Our family spent a few days here. The home was very nice with all the comforts of home. It was convenient location and everything was clean and neat. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings.

  Excellent house. We rented to bring the bike up and ride the Tail and the Skyway. There is parking up at road level where you can put the trailer (very easy access) and a lower covered patio for the bike. It is easy access to both rides. House is very nice and comfortable. Very clean, which is very important to me. Three bedrooms (one on the main with a full bath) and two upstairs and a basement with a futon where you could easily put kids if you wanted to, and they could have their own place to stay. Kitchen is comfortable and well appointed and the living area looks out onto the lake..very pretty. It's a dry county, though, so come prepared! An excellent stay, would stay here again.

  We just returned to work after a long weekend at this beautiful home, and we're already missing it! The peace and quiet was noteable and the fishing was fun (our dog discovered his love of the dock and wouldn't leave it!) What a great lake to explore, and a cozy, modern, comfortable rental with a great kitchen as well! We'll be back (hopefully very soon!!)

  Just returned from a long weekend at this beautiful lake home. The home is decorated nicely with furniture that is very comfortable but liveable. It was great having the dock just a few steps away from the house as opposed to having to go down a lot of steps like at other houses. The lake is a great place to kayak since there is not a lot of traffic on it - at least not this past weekend when we were there. We are already planning another trip here!

  The cottage was recently updated, clean and very comfortable. One bonus of this property is that the lake is accessible without needing to climb a lot of steps. We enjoyed swimming and fishing from the dock. We rented a deck boat from Deyton Camp Boat Rentals, who provided excellent service. We all tried tubing, kneeboarding, and skiing. The lake was perfect for boating because there was not much traffic and the water is very clear. We pulled into several different coves to swim & snorkel and didn't see any other boats. When we weren't on the lake, we rode the Tail of the Dragon on our motorcycle. One other day we headed to Bryson City to eat at Anthony's (Italian Fare). While there we checked out the Deep Creek Campground, hiked to the falls and watched the tubers going down the creek. Finally, we looked at whitewater rafting, but chickened out...water was only about 55 degrees. We were spoiled by the warm temps of the lake and decided to go back to the cottage instead. We have 3 children, ages 8, 12, and 14. We all agreed this one one of our favorite vacations. They were the perfect ages to enjoy the lake activities. Thanks for sharing your home.
