LOCATION IS FANTASTIC for TRIPLE CROWN in winter. Sunset Beach and Kammies surf break are steps away. A small park with trees separates you from Sunset Beach. On the ocean side of Kam Highway. Cute studio that has been newly renovated. New kitchenette with granite countertops.
New bathroom sink and toilet. New high quality linens and towels. Tropical furniture. Park just outside the door. Private beach access is only steps away. In the winter months the surf comes alive and the surf community buzzes!
In the summer months, the water is clear, blue, calm and warm. You are only minutes away from Pipeline Beach, Waimea Bay, Waimea Falls Park and Sharks Cove. House is half way between Haleiwa and Turtle Bay resort. A bike path is out the front door and connects Waimea Bay to Sunset Beach. Bike rentals are available in Haleiwa.
This property is the downstairs portion. The upper portion of the house is owner occupied or sometimes available for rental. If you have a large party and want privacy, rent the upstairs and downstairs. Please email for information and availability so I can check my calendar.
