Location, location, location! What attracted us to this exceptional air conditioned home was the spacious layout of the house and its proximity to everything. Ashcraft Cabin is centrally located in the Sunriver Resort on Mt. Hood Lane, near circle 4, Fort Rock Park, the Village Mall and the Marina.
This charming home was recently remodeled (completed May 2009) so everything is clean and neat. New linens on every bed, new towels, fully appointed kitchen with new granite counters, new flooring downstairs, new plumbing, central air - the works. There is a wood burning stove in the great room. We even have a new stereo system in the greatroom with an MP3 dock - bring your own tunes!
Downstairs there is a great room with eating area, kitchen, Master bedroom, and Master bath with jetted tub for two! There are also two decks downstairs - one outside the kitchen with a patio table and one off the great room with a brand new gas barbeque. Additionally, there is a two-car garage with room for one car and driveway parking.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and another bath. The first room is the romantic queen bedroom, next the lumberjack room with two twin lodgepole beds, and lastly the bonus room or Kids' "Boardroom" as we call it. This unique space has two sets of twin bunks (that's four twins), foosball/gametable, TV, DVD player, Gamecube with games, and a sitting area with sofa hide-a-bed. A wonderful retreat for the kids - we even put extra blankets in the closet to make the bunk beds into a fort! Additionally, upstairs we have a loft lounging area and a deck - a great place to catch the sunset through the trees!

Downstairs: 1 King bedroom and bath with a jetted tub for two
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms - 1 Queen, 6 twins, 1 sofa hide-a-bed (bring your own linens for the sofabed).
As for outdoor recreation, there are nine bikes in the garage waiting for your use - two small girls' bikes, a medium boys' bike, a medium girls' bike, two Amsterdam-style adult bikes, another adult bike and two very cool adult cruiser bikes - for your use while renting this wonderful house. Please note: although we check the bikes each time WE visit, condition is not guaranteed.
FREE High Speed Wireless Internet and ten free unlimited summer pool and tennis passes(a $100 per day value - Sunriver raised the fee for pool entry to $10 per person per day this year so this is a deal!).
Please no smoking. We will allow your well-behaved dog with pre-approval. Please NO CATS - our child has a life-threatening allergy to cats.

Bachelor, flyfishing with our boys or just relaxing.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We really enjoy the spaciousness of this house and the natural light from the skylights. It is close to everything you want in Sunriver yet it is in a quiet location. Truly a relaxing place to get away. It is perfect for one or two families or extended family. It is a place to gather with friends or family but there are also places where you can tuck yourself away and get some quiet time to read a book. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
