This fabulous, non-smoking villa is in great condition! Enjoy relaxing on the deck in privacy. We're near the front of the complex, so it's even closer to the beach than most other units. It's just a quick walk about a block and a half away to the beach. Stay close to home and cool off in one of the three community pools or get your exercise on the tennis court. Hilton Head has great bike trails all over the island. Shopping, dining, and tons of other activities are close by. Savannah and Charleston make great day trips.
The villa is in great condition with laminate/hardwood floors downstairs. We've added a new sofa this year, recovered dining room chairs, and got new queen size mattresses. There is a bedroom downstairs with a queen size bed. Upstairs there is a king-size bed in one room and a queen size bed in the other. Each bedroom has its own bath. Linens and kitchen utensils are provided. Each unit has its own entrance from outside.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Breeze
We like the laid back and non commercial atmosphere of Hilton Head. Our villa is just a short walk to the beach.

It's nice to get to know the area. We've learned which town parks we like and try to keep up with local issues. We're close to Coligny Circle and really enjoy the bike/walking trails.

Kevin and I first visited Hilton Head twelve years ago for The Heritage golf tournament. A few years later we returned for an anniversary trip. After lots of research, we decided to look at real estate. Now we have a daughter and enjoy experiencing the beach with her. We visit as often as we can when our property is not rented.
