Why the Owner Chose Black Butte Ranch
Black Butte Ranch is one of the more outstanding areas in the state. It is close to the area considered high mountain dessert, but its actually nearer the foothills of the central Oregon mountains. This give this unique area more moderating temperatures in the summer and winter. Not quite as hot in the summer and not so cold in the winter. And for activities, this part of Central Oregon can't be beat! Fantastic Activities and there is something for everyone. Just name your favorite and its either on/in Black Butte Ranch or is nearby. We Love It!

Since we're golfers, Golf is our main interest. But with all that's offered on the Ranch, our family members can find anything and everything they want to do quite easily.
