Unit 5205 is a 2000 square foot luxurious condo located within the Stillwaters resort. We are situated on a quiet part of the Lake with a gorgeous view. Within this gated community is a great golf course, tennis, fishing & boating.
This ground floor unit has 3 bedrooms & 3 baths. The large master bedroom has a seperate exit to the outside deck overlooking the lake. King size bed, TV, walk-in shower, large tub, 2 sinks & a very generouwalk-in closet.
2nd bedroom features a queen size bed with a shower/tub combination.
3rd bedroom is 2 twin beds with 2 trundles & a shower/tub combination.
Kitchen, dining room & living room combine to make one spacious room overlooking the deck & lake. Living room features a fireplace, comfortable furniture & TV
. Outside deck comes complete with fireplace, 2 comfy chairs & a dining table with 6 chairs. Great place to relax & watch the sunset.
Our guest have the use of a boat dock just outside of the condo. We also have a pool, pavilion for cookouts and wifi.

My husband & I love lake Martin & hope to retire there someday. Not only do we love being on the water but look forward to taking classes at Auburn University which is only 30 minutes away.
Why the Owner Chose Dadeville
We chose this unit because it is off the main lake area and therefore quieter. We love the beautiful sunsets and how romantic the evening light plays on the water.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
There are several good restaurants near by. We are about 1 mile from Harbor Point where you can rent a boat or wave runner. There is also a sailing club located at the Lake. Lots of great nature walks or if you like golf an excellent golf course.

We just got back from Lake Martin. We had a fantastic trip. Your condo was wonderful and Lake Martin was amazing. We would love to go back. Is your condo in a rental program? We would be interested in possibly renting in the future. Thanks, Robin
