This custom built vacation home of beautiful native stone is ideally located within easy walking distance of the town of Coral Bay. The National Park and beautiful beaches are near-by.
2 Bedroom and 2 baths easily accommodates 4 adults, the master Bedroom has a King-sized bed, the downstairs Bedroom (with private entrance) has a Queen-sized bed. There is a sleeping loft with 2 Twin beds that can accommodate children, or adults trying to economized their vacation. The floors are Mexican tile, ceiling fans are in all rooms, and the bedrooms have AC. We offer a ride on our sailboat (32’ custom built gaff-rigged Block Island Schooner) called Calabreeze. *Sailboat ride is depending on weather conditions, boat availability, and owner schedule.

Our stay at Villa Calabreeze in Coral Bay exceeded our expectations. My family of 5 plus Grandma enjoyed a lovely 6 night stay here a few weeks ago. The view was fantastic and the Villa was a delight to come home to every day after our adventures on St. John. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the kids loved the loft for their own private space. My husband and I enjoyed the downstairs bedroom for it's privacy. The whole place was very clean and well-appointed. John and Cindy were terrific hosts. We especially enjoyed the fun ride on the sailboat for the day...it was really a special treat! They even found sand toys for the kids to play with while we were there. I would definetly recommend this as a great place to stay. Thanks again John and Cindy for your hospitality...we hope to see you again soon! Steve and Mary and Family

We stayed in John and Cindy's Villa Calabreeze last week and had such a great time! We ate breakfast every morning on the deck with the view of Coral bay in our sights. The hummingbirds, finches and bananaquits visited us every morning as we ate and planned our day of hiking, snorkeling, reading on the beach and sailing. The accommodations were very comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy the sun and sand. I think our favorite beach was Cinnamon Bay. The snorkeling out by the Cay was really good. John and Cindy were great hosts and John even took us out on his sailboat for a daysail. Pebbles (aka Killer) the dog went sailing with us. We loved this Villa for its closeness to Coral Bay. We were able to walk to restaurants and grocery shopping. We celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary here and could not have been in a better place for celebrating. Thanks John and Cindy!

We rented Villa Calabreeze in Jan. of 2010. We were very impressed with this villa. This is the 10th villa we have rented in Coral Bay so we have something to compare. We had a couple of minor issues upon check in (probably more due to travel fatigue than anything else) that were addressed immediately and very kindly by the property owner. The villa has the easiest access to Coral Bay "downtown" than any other villa we have rented yet still has outstanding views. The bath towels, beach towels and villa linens are superior to other villas we have rented. The owner continued to check on us during our stay and we really benefitted from his kindness and island knowledge. Also, the new hot tub is perfection ~ come and enjoy! This villa is a value and a gem.
