Tranquility is a modern , comfortable , beachfront home. The deck faces the ocean and gives unsurpassed views of the beach and the nearby cays. French doors lead from the deck to the first floor which has a great room ,dining area , full kitchen and breakfast bar.
The first floor bedroom has a queen bed with a full bath . The deck is accessed from this bedroom by French doors and has a wonderful ocean view. Spiral stairs lead to the second floor which has a bedroom with a king size bed and adjoining bath. Another set of French doors lead to the balcony deck which adjoins this bedroom. This floor also has a "loft" area with 2 couches, t.v. ,games, and books .The view south from the double windows in this room is of the beach front along Green Turtle. It is both inspiring and gets a great ocean breeze .
The beach is steps away with easy access for swimming ,snorkling and launching the ocean kayaks . Tropical reefs,fish, and coral are almost at the front door . Enjoy !

$2500/week (Christmas, Easter, New Years, July 4th).
$1800/week - Sept, Oct. Nov. (excluding Thanksgiving week)
$2250.00/week - remainder of the year- ( Dec.-Aug. )
20% Deposit on Confirmation.
Balance Must be received 21 days prior.
NO additional charges,cleaning fees or taxes.

Why the Owner Chose Green Turtle Cay
The first time I walked onto the beach at Green Turtle I was stunned by the beauty of the water and the beach. When the opportunity arose in the late 80's to buy land on the very same beach , I jumped at the chance. We were familiar with the Cay from renting a nearby home and we had already made friends on Green Turtle. We wanted a place that is easy to reach in a few hours ,that was safe with friendly people. We wanted some of the conveniences of home (restaurants ,groceries ,entertainment ) without the crowds.
The Unique Benefits at this Home
I never tire of the view down the beach front .The same goes for looking at the Atlantic, as no two days are the same. At low tide we often sit behind the reef which runs into the beach in front of our home .The water there is shallow ,warm and the white sand bottom makes a nice seat. Bahamians on the Cay are very friendly and welcome visitors .The house itself has comfortable beds,ultra violet protection on the drinking water,solar hot water heat with electric back-up,plenty of towels for bath and beach and all manner of kitchen gadgets.

My wife Chris and I have five children and six grandchildren or "grands" as they are known in the vernacular of the Bahamas.We live in Florida but travel to Green Turtle two or three times a year.We both have "sand in our shoes",my wife because she was born in Florida , and I because I grew up in Miami. My Dad worked in the Bahamas for a U.S. contractor and introduced me to Bahamian life in the 1960's on visits to his work sites. I'm retired , but my wife continues to work as a dental assistant . She has been with the same dentist for twenty-eight years! Our children are currently living in Dallas, Atlanta, Baltimore ,and Orlando so we do travel , if we want to see the grandchildren. They don't get to Green Turtle as often as we would like, but you may notice a picture of our grandson buried in the sand in front of our home on the beach. When they do vacation with us they enjoy the island as much as we do.
