Our home in Regal Palms Resort & Spa offers you and you family the vacation of a lifetime. Our luxury home located in a gated community offers 4 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms and more than 1800 square feet of space. We just updated all of the beds to pillow top mattresses to ensure that you have the best sleep possible.
The huge common pool area offers everything needed to relax, and is probably the best resort pool in the area. There are 3 heated pools with a water slide, lazy river and a playground and beach volleyball court. A tiki pool bar offers cold drinks and light variety of food served to you while lounging by the pool. Or you can take advantage of the full service restaurant right on site. The full spa on site will allow those who need a little TLC to catch up on much needed relaxation.
The main resort area offers an internet cafe, games room and fully equipped fitness room.

We vacation every year in Florida and believe that it is the absolutely best place to have a truly wonderful vacation. Whether it be a family trip, girls shopping weekend or guys golf trip this resort has everything you could ask for. After staying in several different areas of Orlando we have found Regal Palms Resort & Spa to be by far the best due to it's proximity to Disney, shopping and golf and with all the amenities that the resort has to offer you will never be bored. The homes are very nice and have everything you need to make it your home while on vacation.

Thanks so much Terry and Charlene for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home. It was clean and well maintained. There were a couple of things we needed that we had to ask for and we were amazed and thrilled with how quickly and attentively our needs were met. We even got a call from the owners the day we arrived to make sure everything was in order and to see to our needs. Have never experienced such good customer service. I have recommended your place to others and will continue to. We LOVED the pool area also. We had a group that included a 6 year old through a 71 year old and ALL ages enjoyed the water slide! We got some great photos of my very reserved mother-in-law coming down the slide with her arms up in the air. GREAT MEMORIES were made! Thanks again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were awesome and we loved the space! We were very busy so we didn't take full advantage of the facility, but what we saw of it and the little we utilized it, we did enjoy it. Also, we were very pleased to see the security on site and felt very safe.

The whole resort was very nice. Great location to visit any of the attractions. We went to Sea World, Discovery Cove, Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios so the place worked out great. The updated appliances work perfect for to to cook breakfast and dinner.

We really loved our vacation! The pool was wonderful, very clean and the on-site staff was great. The rental home was wonderful. 5 TVs, 4 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms! Big -more than enough room for our group of 9. We are planning to stay there again! So much thanks to the owners for being so accomodating.

My family spent nine days at this property in September 2011. Great house with lots of room and very clean. All the bedrooms have flat panel LCD TV's with lots of chanels.It also has four bathrooms which was incredible. The pool area is very nice and was not crowded when we were there.There is a nice restaurant and spa on the property. Terry , the owner, was prompt in answering all emails and gave us a great deal for our vacation.It was a pleasure staying at his home away from home! PS..The beds are super comfortable, which I have not experienced in most of my stays elsewhere!

My daughter and I had a great stay in the condo...almost too much room for two, but offers lots of space for two small families or 1 large brood. Extremely clean and provides all the basic amenities to make your stay enjoyable including a T.V. in every room. Having the full kitchen and all the necessities to make your own meals is a great advantage to this unit. The complex is located next door to a grocery story, liquor store, gas station, drug store and a small assortment of restaurants including Applebee's (family restaurant). The complex is also located only a short drive to a major highway where there is an abundance of choice in restaurants. The pool area in the complex is really nice and a great place to relax after a day out at the Parks. The lazy river is perfect for a family of young kids. I certainly would recommend this townhouse unit to those who just want to get away from the overpriced and crowded hotel complexes.

The stay was fantastic! We stayed at this townhome for 1 week and it was better than we could imagine. We only had 2 of us in this huge townhome, so there was a lot of room, but you could comfortably have 8 people stay here no problem. It was our honeymoon and the owners were very thoughtful and had a honeymoon present ready as soon as we walked in. They made sure that everything for our stay was perfect and told us never to hesitate to contact them if there was a problem. There were nice flat screen TVs throughout the house. We had great night sleeps on the very comfy king bed in the master bedroom. The resort was beautiful and made it nice to sit and relax by the bar and pool on those days we didn't feel like going to any theme parks. The staff at the resort was very helpful and made everyone feel welcome. The resort is a short drive away from Disney and there are a couple really nice restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Orlando; we will be going back again!!!

The unit is very roomy and clean. We stayed at the resort with our basketball travel team and had a chance to see other units at the resort and I have to say that this unit is decorated nicely and very well taken care of. It is in walking distance to the pool. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. The owners are organized and informative, a pleasure to do business with.

We just returned from a 10-day stay at this fabulous townhome and found that there was plenty of room for a group of 6. The owners were very responsive in the booking process and work hard to explain and accommodate our requests. Do be prepared to buy all necessaties for the home. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, flat screen tvs throughout--the whole family could either watch tv together or what each one wanted in their own rooms. But tv wasn't watched much as the resort has a great pool complex that kept us all entertained and it's open to 11 p.m. Food was reasonably priced; tiki bar at the pool with daily specials; great slide and lazy river (although short) and you must take your own floats. Overall, one of the best places I've stayed in Florida!
