Charming Bungalow: Bay View, Pet Friendly & Great Fishing!
Year Purchased: 2007
Why the Owner Chose Port St. Joe
This charming bungalow is in the best location! You can easily walk to the park, the boat ramp, the marina, and the downtown shops and restaurants. We also love the beautiful evening sunsets over the bay. This is what life is all about!
The Unique Benefits at this Bungalow
You can't help but enjoy your days here. In the morning, it is a pleasure to sip your coffee and watch the squirrels and gorgeous cardinals or bluebirds in the trees and then watch the boats pass on the bay. You can just cross the street and drop the kayak in the water or bring your boat down to the dock and spend the day fishing. Bring home your catch and put it on the grill or walk to the Sunset Grill and have dinner with friends. Whatever your pleasure, this is a great place to be!

We have lived in Colorado for 30 years but we absolutely LOVE the Gulf! Once we came to visit, we knew we had to make this our regular VACATION DESTINATION and "Home Away from Home". We fell in love with the water, the charm of this quaint little town and our wonderful bungalow. The scenery is beautiful and the folks are so friendly. We come down every chance we get. There is so much to do and every season is fun! We love to discover new creatures in the water and on the beach. We hope that you'll enjoy it as much as we do. Once you're here, you don't want to leave.

Thanks for allowing us to stay in your cute bungalow. It was the best vacation. The morning walks and afternoon sunsets were beautiful. My teenagers liked the clear beaches and great fishing. We rented a boat and went snorkling. Wow..... enough said. The fenced in back and front yards were a plus too. Thanks so much for opening your home to the Seabolt family. We really enjoyed every minute that we were there.
Owner response:I am delighted that you and your family had a wonderful time at our "Home Away from Home"! We sure hope that you come back again. We would love to have you!!

We recently returned home from our stay at Port St. Joe. We all, (including our little 4 legged children) had a blast. The bungalow was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were able to take walks through the town in the afternoons, walk to resteraunts, and enjoy the numerous beaches nearby. (Cape San Blas is breathtaking) . We took in the fireworks display on the 4th . The fireworks were beautiful over the bay! If you are interested in a pet friendly, clean, relaxing place to vacation this bungalow is for you.
Owner response:Thank you so much for the great feedback! Aren't the fireworks wonderful!! I am so glad you were there to enjoy them. If you ever want to visit again, we would love to have you! There is always something to do in Port St Joe!

We were in St. Joe for just a couple of days on family business but made the most of it! This great little bungalow is in a wonderful location and pet friendly! We walked to town, visiting the shops and the water at the beach, exploring the inlet & great creatures! Everyone had so much fun, even the dogs! Having the fenced in yard was such an added bonus, being able to spray the sand off the dogs after swimming and letting them dry off outside made it so easy! I hadn't spent time in the area in many years and was so pleased to see it's such a family and dog friendly environment! This bungalow helped make this a worry-free stay. It was very comfortable, welcoming and clean. Debbie was wonderful to work with on getting things set up and she was so accommodating. Thanks so much for sharing your bungalow with us!

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. Nice bay view from the screened in porch. You can walk to the park, marina, and downtown very easily from the bungalow and the state park at the end of Cape San Blas is the nicest beach we've ever visited. This home has been lovingly restored and it has everything you would ever need to enjoy a getaway. If you just want to escape and recharge this is the place! We will definitely be back!
Owner response:Thanks so much for the great review. We are so glad that you enjoyed the home as much as we do! We never want to leave once we are there. Port St Joe is such a wonderful place and the people make it even better! We sure look forward to having you back again! Remember, scalloping season is coming up soon!

Amazing, wonderful and relaxing...one of the best vacations we have experienced. Very pet friendly. This bungalow was extremely clean and well furnished (actually above what we had expected)! It's location is close to great fishing spots, shopping, dining and beautiful beaches. We had the opportunity to meet one of the owners. He was as pleasant as the bungalow! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

We spent a wonderful week at this charming bungalow. It was a great family vacation. The home was immaculate, comfortable, well stocked (with great kitchen & baby supplies) and was decorated so fun and "beachy". We loved watching the sunsets on the front porch and used the bikes that were available to take rides on the bay trail and my husband absolutely loved the fishing! We also took day trips to Apalachicola and Crooked Island (lots of shells there). Thanks for providing the beach supplies too! I would highly recommend this home to others! You can bet that we will be back.
