Brand new house located in Denver's West Barnum Area running between Federal Blvd. and Sheridan Blvd. and Alameda Blvd to 8th Avenue. The area is residential with excellent access to Downtown Denver, Interstate 25 and 6th Avenue. Never more that 15 minutes by car to Denver's 16th Street Mall even in heavy traffic. Denver RTD Bus services are one Block away. By bus to Downtown Denver is 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
Access to Denver's Platte River bike by via 1st Avenue or 8th Avenue Parkway is 15 minutes away. Lakewood's Bel Mar Complex with movie theatres, Bally's Gym, up scale boutiques, bakeries, natural food stores is less than five minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bus from Alameda Avenue. Access to Denver's CU Denver, Metropolitan, and Community College of Denver is just 15 minutes car, 20 minutes by bike and 20-30 minutes by public bus transport. Bus ride access departing to the gambling casinos of Black Hawk and Central City etc. is 5 minutes by car and near the Bel Mar complex. Location wise this is central Denver and you can get to Cherry Creek Mall, Denver Country Club in 20 minutes.
The location has Wal-marts within 10 and 15 minute and both are Super Wal-marts one is at 1st and Wadsworth and the other at Colfax and Wadsworth. Home Depot is 5 minutes away and Denver's oldest Winchell's Donut House it at 1st and Sheridan. There is a 7-11 at 1st and Sheridan, and the closet liquor store is less than 3 minutes buy car or 7 minutes by foot. There are several Asian and Mexican food stores in the area as well as several well know Vietnamese Restaurants and some of Denver's best known Mexican food places such as Chubbies and The Taco House.
The L&M steak house is one of Denver's oldest and best know and it just of Federal Blvd. only five minutes from the house location by car or 20 minutes by bus. This house is specifically located to serve short-term business trips and families, individuals, couples, etc. who want to enjoy Denver and not spend huge sums normally charged by downtown hotels while allowing the comforts of a home away from home. Depending on parking it's 15 minutes to Coors Field or 10 minute to Invesco Field. Don't spend money on the place to stay but on yourselves enjoying what Denver has to offer visitors!
