One block from the beach, our immaculate, updated second floor cottage offers two stories and four bedrooms with two master bedrooms (one on the first floor, one on the second floor). Our walk to the beach does not require crossing over any major roads, only one quiet street -- key for families with young children like ours. Lucky for us and our regular guests, Sandy spared us and our beach as well as our beloved boardwalk.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS.

This is true beach living! The 30th/31st street location is ideal -- a quiet, relaxing neighborhood within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors and playground/recreation areas at 34th street. A quick ride in the car, or on a bike, will have you at the amusements in no time -- perfect for the family that wants to enjoy the excitement of the rides and games on their own schedule. There is also a trolly that will bring you to the boards as well!

Our living area is airy, sunny and inviting. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, opens up to our great room with cathedral ceilings, huge windows and a direct entrance onto the back deck. Upstairs, our home offers a second master suite with a private bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet, vanity and dressing area as well as a sitting room overlooking the living room downstairs (perfect for in-laws or two families sharing the rental!). Three additional bedrooms and two full baths are accessible off the kitchen, (the downstairs master also has a private sitting area as well as walk-in closet and bathroom). Our deck is off the living area, not common in Ocean City where many back decks are off the bedrooms situated in the back of the house. In addition to Wi-Fi Internet access, our flat-screen living room HDTV also features free Comcast on-demand for when you need a break from the sun or a relaxing evening in. . .
