This cottage (a.k.a Clark's Little House) was definitely a highlight of our time in the beautiful Sonoma! My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Linda was wonderful to work with and had the place set up so beautifully for us when we arrived-- with a bottle of wine and two glasses sitting out on the table, and fresh flowers throughout! The place was absolutely perfect for us. Not only was it very reasonably priced, we had PLENTY of space for our needs. The separate living area is so nice to have, and the bedroom are bathroom are just what you need if not more! So cute and perfect. And, literally steps away was a tennis court-- which we did use and wish we could have even more! How cool! On top of that, there was a lot of wonderful outdoor space for us to sit and enjoy our coffee or the stars in the sky. And, the two bikes to use were so great to have-- we rode them into town after our first evening and had a wonderful dinner. I can't say enough great things about this place and if I ever get back to Sonoma (I hope so!), I wouldn't stay anywhere else but at Clark's Little House! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Linda!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

During our California visit, we had a short stay in Sonoma. This cottage was charming, inviting and so comfortable. All our needs were met here. Having bikes available to ride in town and explore the beautiful area was wonderful. The property was relaxing yet had an entertaining climate with well kept gardens and patio areas for outdoor enjoyment. We would recommend this for anyone seeking a clean, quiet, place to stay while visiting wine country. It's close to many vineyards, restaurants and shops.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing.

The property is gorgeous, the owner is very welcoming. There is lots of outdoor space to enjoy the weather & scenery, as well as a glass of wine. The bath in the tub was a perfect way to end the day. Bed is super comfy and the living space is as well. I highly recommend spending a few nights here, whether you are a tourist or a local.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

My wife and I stayed at Clark's Little house a few weeks ago and were surprised at how nice the house was. The cottage was extremely clean and well maintained. It's not as "little" as we anticipated and has several amenities (really nice tennis court, bicycles to use, microwave, small fridge, great outdoor sitting areas, etc.). The plaza is only about a mile away, so we rode bicylces there and also to a few wineries. I would highly recommend Clark's Little House, as it gives a feel to having your own private getaway in Sonoma. And the best thing... this place is about half the cost of other similar properties (with similar amenities).Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Clark's cottage very much! We went the first week of October and the weather was perfect for touring the vinyards and biking to the square. The bikes were brand new and a previous guest had provided the night lights so that made biking even better! The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed for 5 days. We recommend Clark's cottage to anyone and we will stay there again for sure. Thanks!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

What a lovely place! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Took full advantage of the bikes both during the day and as a nice alternative for getting home after a great meal and wine tasting in Sonoma. The place feels really big -- huge bathroom with lux soaking tub, terrific shower; bedroom adjacent with screen doors that open to the big porch. We had great evening breezes throughout and had breakfast every morning on the porch. Used the internet access for just a few minutes daily to set an agenda or get restaurant reservations. It has everything a civilized traveler could want and more without being overly fussy or silly. Len and Linda are kind hosts who are available whenever you need them. We will be back, without a doubt.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

What a wonderful place to spend an "old friends" reunion. You are fantastic hosts, and the cottage is such a gem! We enjoyed our time here immensely. We thank you for everything!! We tried to fit Ziggy in our suitcases but she just wouldn't fit. She's a sweet girl and we'll miss her! Thanks again. This won't be the last you see of us!Did you find this review helpful? We've traveled the world over and staqyed in many of the finest hotels, but Clark's little House has a level of charm and attention to detail that are uniquely wonderful. From the fresh cut flowers to the antiques to the beautiful vine covered porch. A week here was a week in heaven. Thanks so much.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Linda, I just wanted to let you know that we LOVED your cottage! Although we were only there for one night (November 10), we wished we were staying for a week. We will definitely be back! Best, MichelleDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

How lucky we were to find your beautiful place - owing a vacation rental home ourselves, we recognize the work and effort it takes to create such a charming, welcoming cottage. We'll be telling our friends about Clark's House. Thank you!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
