My wife and I and another couple stayed in Ilan's perfect apartment for 5 nights (wish it could have been longer, but we wanted to see the rest of the Czech Republic) and found it exactly as advertised. Ilan arranged for us to be picked up at the airport (approx. $30) and we're glad he did as we'd have never found our way in to the city. The location of the apartment is ideal for walking everywhere to see the sights (10 minutes up the hill to the castle, 1 minute to the Charles Bridge, 10 minutes over the bridge to the Old Town Square, 15 minutes to the Jewish section, etc.). The photos on the VRBO site portray the apartment exactly as it is. Strong wifi signal. Washer/dryer work perfectly. Kitchen has everything you need. On the first night I emailed Ilan and asked for 2 more towels and he delivered them at 10am the next day. The beds are both queen-size and very comfortable. Linens were all clean and fresh (the floor could do with a good mopping). The view from both bedrooms is across the river and of the bridge. Tons of restaurants within minutes. For local Czech food and beer in a non-touristy restaurant with rock bottom prices, try "Local" just along the street that you are looking at from the living room window. For two couples this is a very affordable apartment. Thanks, Ilan.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This flat was far more than expected. The location was ideal for any traveler. The restaurants were abound and a short walk to anywhere you would want to go. Every morning I would get out of bed, go to the dining room window and look out over the street below and the statue straight across from us and say "good morning". It was nothing less than delightful. I was so pleased at how quite it was at night, it made for a very peaceful sleep. The apartment was fully equipped with whatever you would need and so very comfortable. Thank you Ilan for the use of your lovely flat. When we return to your lovely city, and we will, we would love to stay here once again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Could not ask for a better place to stay! This was so convenient to everything we wanted to see. Myself and three others took a "girl's trip" to Prague. The apartment was more than we could have expected in terms of space, location, accessibility, cleanliness, affordable, and Ilan Morris was wonderful to work with on the scheduling and providing information! We felt so comfortable and cozy! The overall experience for this apartment was outstanding!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This was our first experience with a rental apartment and we couldn't have been happier, everything was up to date, sparkling, clean and roomy. We could not have imagined a better location. We could walk to everything including a market that allowed us to buy the essentials, breakfast food, wine & cheese. Although my husband and teenagers are fine staying just about anywhere I am fairly picky about the quality of our accomodations and was worried that this would be a place that I was not comfortable staying. It was perfect and a wonderful bargain for the quality and location. It was also very quiet which was appreciated at night. I will absolutely stay there again if ever in Prague..Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

My husband and I found this rental online while planning our vacation to Prague. It almost seemed too good to be true, so in all honesty we expected some unexpected problem or disappointment. We couldn't have been more wrong. Instead, the apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spacious, which was amazing considering the tiny hotel room we'd just come from in Istanbul. Every amenity was accounted for. The kitchen had everything we needed. The laundry room equipment functioned flawlessly. The main bathroom was large by most European standards. The elevator was only needed for sending the luggage up & down upon arrival & departure. In short, we felt like we'd won the lottery with this apartment. From the moment we were greeted at the airport by a limo driver until sadness overtook us at our departure, we were blown away by this beautiful apartment. To make it even more spectacular, the views were even better than pictured. You literally have a view of the Charles Bridge from the bedroom windows and a view of Prague Castle from the living/dining room windows. It's breathtaking. While we were traveling alone (just the 2 of us), we could easily have brought another couple or our grandkids and have had plenty of space. You literally have the entire second floor (that's in US terms) to yourself. The building and surrounding neighborhood always felt very safe and secure. The location was unbeatable (on the quiet side of Charles Bridge). We were able to walk to most destinations all week, and when needed we could get to the tram stop within minutes. There are tons of restaurants close by and excellent shopping. We would without a doubt recommend this rental to other travelers. As mentioned by a previous reviewer, our only disappointment was that it might not be available if we ever return to Prague in the future. Once word gets out, this place will be booked solid. Walter was easy to work with and very helpful. While the apartment didn't come with a book of instructions on how everything worked (as with most of our previous rentals), most everything was easy enough to figure out on our own. From the quaint bookstore downstairs to the quiet neighbors to the lovely neighborhood, this was by far one of our favorite vacation rentals. We would definitely stay here again, and are happy to highly recommend it to other travelers. In short, this place is nothing short of a treasure. If I could, I would return to stay here over and over again. Truly.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This apartment was wonderful, and I fear that this will be leaked out and everyone will want to rent this and it won't be available next I need it! The location was remarkable, the views were stunning and the pictures on this website did not do it justice. It is better than advertised and I would recommend it highly. I was there with sisters and a brother-in-law, there was more than enough room for us, and it was a welcome space to come "home" to at the end of or during a day of sight-seeing.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My wife and I were very pleased with this property. The owner was professional and helpful in getting us oriented to the area. The location is wonderful to see the sites in Prague. We could literally head any direction and see something amazing. The apartment was clean, well stocked with bedding, and had a great kitchen. The washer/dryer, kitchen, bathroom, and shower were all updated and very comfortable to use (once we figured out the Czech notations on the washer). Having wifi was very handy too. We had a great vacation and a big component of that was having a great place to stay. If we ever head back to Prague I plan on renting this apartment again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway.

OMG this apartment was amazing! From being picked up at the airport in a stretch limo, to the early check in and personal service provided by the staff, the care was above and beyond. The location is right on the canal at the base of the Charles bridge, cannot do better. Restaraunts, grocery, etc, right around the corner. The apartment is fabulous, spotlessly clean. Great kitchen with many provisions. Comfortable living room and dining for groups up to 6+. Very spacious. Heated floors were a dream. Great beds, plenty of extra balnkets. Did not need to run out to the supermarket just to stock the place with incidentals. We've stayed at VRBOs all over Europe, this was one of the best. Even the views from the windows in the morning and evening light are postcard quality! We will be back!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The apartment had everything we were looking for: perfect location, views, not a busy street but close to everything, spacious, comfortable rooms, updated, etc. The photos do not do this apartment justice. The rooms are more spacious than was expected. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed if we chose to eat in. There is a market within a 5 minute walk that had everything. There are numerous good restaurants within a few minutes. We enjoyed the views of the Charles Bridge out the bedroom windows and the castle and church views from the living and dining rooms. We also enjoyed feeding the ducks. The apartment was quiet (a good way to help get over jet lag). We would stay here again on our next visit to Prague!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
