  My husband and I spent nearly a month in Aiken. We couldn't have happier with the Laurens apartment. Cozy, well furnished, lovely decorating and a perfect location. Thank you! Carol & Chuck

  We rented this beautiful apartment with another couple for Masters 2011. Our rate was more than the rate quoted on VBRO, but very reasonable when compared with other hotel/rental options in the greater Augusta area for the week of Masters. The apartment is just as beautiful in person as it appears in the pictures, and the Johnson’s are wonderful hosts. They were very easy to deal with and very flexible regarding checking into and out of the apartment. This is a fantastic location for anyone who is going to the Masters. The commute to and from the course was a short 25-30 minutes. Aiken has a quaint and lively downtown, and is a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of watching golf. There are any great restaurants just steps from the apartment (Malia’s is a local favorite that did not disappoint). There were many other places that we did not have time to visit.

  What a delightful apartment and what wonderful hosts. The location was perfect, right in the middle of town. One could walk to great restaurants and interesting shops. The apartment was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Janice and Russell were very attentive to any of my needs and I merely had to mention a problem and it was immediately fixed. They were certainly hands-on hosts. I will be going back!
