  Gorgeous! Steps from the beach! Perfectly maintained, spacious condo. Newly decorated baths. Nicely decorated and clean. Pictures don't capture the real beauty of this gem. Owner is helpful and pleasant to work with. You won't be disappointed with anything about this unit. From the space to the decor- to the pools, the beach- and the ideal location on Marco. I almost forgot to mention the unforgettable sunsets from the spacious balcony.

  Clean!!! Perfectly located. Most of the unit decorated in Tommy Bahama & Ralph Lauren decor. Truly beachfront! Just down elevator, short walk to cross boardwalk and there you are! Quiet, peaceful pool. Grounds are maintained meticulously. Covered parking convenient. The third bedroom with two twin beds are lightweight, best for small children. "Big guys" a bit tight in that room! Queen room very comfortable. All three bedrooms conveniently have their own baths (these two bathrooms are dated- but clean and sufficient). Master bedroom is absolutely lovely with updated bath/ walk in shower(pictures on website do not do justice) and doors out to lanai. Owner was pleasant and transaction was flawless. Best location on island. You will be very happy with this unit!

  My family of 6 just left Somerset and Marco Island and had a wonderful time. The condo was equipped with everything.....beach toys and chairs, noodles, etc. Great location and close to everything.

  We vacationed at 204 Somerset in July 2010 - there were 7 of us ranging in ages from 67 down to 2 years old. This condo had everything we needed - plenty of room for all. The condo was clean and comfortable. Easy to feel at home there. It faces the beach and you are able to see the beautiful sunsets each night. Easy access to the beach and pools - very safe feeling. We hope to be able to do this again - everyone loved it.

  The pictures do not do this property justice. This is a terrific property. Phenomenal sunsets, plenty of space, clean property and a wonderful Somerset staff make this a place we'll go back to. We've vacationed in Marco for over 20 years, and this trip to the Somerset ranks among the best we've had...owner is great to deal with as well which is a plus....

  My husband and I took our daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandchildren (boys aged 11 and 13) to Marco Island, Florida and stayed in this beautiful condo. It was clean, modern and fitted our family beautifully. This condo is on the second floor, oceanfront and the sunsets were amazing. Although Florida was a little cool, the condo was like home and very cozy. We played in the sand, went seashell picking and my daughter, who is a runner, ran the full length of the beach. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone, as we were close to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing.
